DS75LVU+
Analog Devices Inc.
The DS75LV low-voltage (1.7V to 3.7V) digital thermometer and thermostat provides 9-, 10-, 11-, or 12-bit digital temperature readings over a -55°C to +125°C range with ±2°C accuracy over a -25°C to +100°C range. At power-up, the DS75LV defaults to 9-bit resolution for software compatibility with the LM75. Communication with the DS75LV is achieved through a simple 2-wire serial interface. The DS75LV thermostat has a dedicated open-drain output (O.S.) and programmable fault tolerance, which allows the user to define the number of consecutive error conditions that must occur before O.S is activated. There are two thermostatic operating modes that control thermostat operation based on user-defined trip-points (TOS and THYST).ApplicationsAny Thermally Sensitive SystemCellular Base StationsOffice EquipmentPersonal Computers
DS1825U+T&R
Analog Devices Inc.
The DS1825 digital thermometer provides 9 to 12-bit centigrade temperature measurements and has an alarmfunction with NV user-programmable upper and lower trigger points. The DS1825 communicates over a 1-Wire® busthat by definition requires only one data line (and ground) for communication with a central microprocessor. It hasan operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is accurate to ±0.5°C over the range of -10°C to +85°C. Inaddition, the DS1825 can derive power directly from the data line (“parasite power”), eliminating the need for anexternal power supply. Each DS1825 has a unique 64-bit serial code, which allows multiple DS1825s to function on the same 1-Wire bus;thus, it is simple to use one microprocessor to control many DS1825s distributed over a large area. In addition, the4-bit location address can be used to identify specific temperature sensors in the system without requiring a widelookup table. Applications that can benefit from this feature include HVAC environmental controls, temperaturemonitoring systems inside buildings, equipment or machinery, and process monitoring and control systems.ApplicationsConsumer ProductsIndustrial SystemsThermally Sensitive SystemsThermometersThermostatic Controls

The DS600 is a ±0.5°C accurate analog-output temperature sensor. This accuracy is valid over its entire operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and the wide temperature range of -20°C to +100°C. The DS600 can also act as a thermostat, with user-programmable trip points. A shutdown mode enables the DS600 to be placed in a low-power standby state. The DS600 is available in an 8-pin µSOP package.ApplicationsCold-Junction Thermocouple CompensationPortable Medical EquipmentThermally Sensitive Systems that Require a High-Accuracy Analog-Output Temperature Sensor
