EV-ADGS1414DSDZ

The ADGS1414D contains eight independent SPST switches. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) controls the switches. The SPI has robust error detection features, such as cyclic redundancy check (CRC) error detection, invalid read and write address detection, and SCLK count error detection. It is possible to daisy-chain multiple ADGS1414D devices together. Daisy-chain mode enables the configuration of multiple devices with a minimal amount of digital lines. The route of digital signals and supplies through the ADGS1414D allows for a further increase in channel density. Integrated passive components eliminate the need for external passive components. The ADG1421 / ADG1422?/ ADG1423?contain two independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG1421 and ADG1422 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG1421 switches are turned on with Logic 1 on the appropriate control input, and Logic 0 is required for the ADG1422. The ADG1423 has one switch with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG1421; the logic is inverted on the other switch. The ADG1423 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked.The iCMOS? (industrial CMOS) modular manufacturing process combines high voltage, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no other generation of high voltage parts has achieved. The ADG5243F comprises three independently selectable, singlepole/double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN input enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The primary supply voltages define the on-resistance profile, whereas the secondary supply voltages define the voltage level at which the overvoltage protection engages.When no power supplies are present, the channel remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance. Undernormal operating conditions, if the analog input signal levels on any Sx pin exceed the positive fault voltage (POSFV) or the negative fault voltage (NEGFV) by a threshold voltage (VT), the channel turns off and that Sx pin becomes high impedance. If the switch is selected to be on, then the drain pin is pulled to the secondary supply voltage that was exceeded. The AD8153 is an asynchronous, protocol agnostic, single-lane 2:1 switch with three differential CML inputs and three differential CML outputs. The AD8159, another member of the Xstream line of products, is suitable for similar applications that require more than one lane.The AD8153 is optimized for NRZ signaling with data rates of up to 3.2 Gbps per port. Each port offers two levels of input equalization and four levels of output pre-emphasis.The device consists of a 2:1 multiplexer and a 1:2 demultiplexer. There are three operating modes: pin mode, serial mode, and mixed mode. In pin mode, lane switching, equalization, and pre-emphasis are controlled exclusively using external pins. In serial mode, an I2C interface is used to control the device and to provide access to advanced features, such as additional pre- emphasis settings and output disable. In mixed mode, the user accesses the advanced features using I2C, but controls lane switching using the external pins.The main application of the AD8153 is to support redundancy on both the backplane side and the line interface side of a serial link.
