The HMC245AQS16E is a low cost non-reflective SP3T switches in 16-lead QSOP surface mount packages. Covering DC to 3.5 GHz, the switch offers 30 to 40 dB isolation and a low insertion loss of 0.7 dB. A 2:3 TTL/CMOS compatible decoder is integrated on the switch requiring only 2 control lines and a single +5V bias to select each path, replacing 6 control lines normally required by GaAs SP3T switches.Applications Basestation Infrastructure  CATV / DBS  Wireless Local Loop  Test Equipment

A 3:8 decoder is integrated on the switch requiring only 3 control lines and a positive bias to select each path. Covering DC to 28.0 GHz, the switch offers more than 40 dB isolation and less than 2 dB insertion loss at midband and features >50 dB isolation up to 5 GHz and >45 dB isolation up to 15 GHz. The wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make this absorptive SPDT ideal for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The HMC596LP4(E) is a low-cost 4x2 switch matrix in a leadless QFN 4x4 mm surface mount package for use in Satellite/DBS, LNBs and multiswitches from 200 to 3000 MHz. A positive voltage controlled 4 bit decoder is integrated on the switch. The switches may be used in either 75 ohm or 50 ohm systems.Both switch outputs (OP1 & OP2) can independently select any of the four inputs (HH, HL, VH, VL) or simultaneously select the same inputs. Note that the switch is bi-directional and input/output functionality may be interchanged. The switch is ideal for cellular/WiMAX/4G Infrastructure applications yielding up to 60 dB isolation, low 0.8 dB insertion loss and +52 dBm input IP3. Power handling is excellent up through the 5 - 6 GHz WiMAX band with the switch offering a P1dB compression point of +31 dBm. On-chip circuitry allows a single positive voltage control of 0/+3V or 0/+5V at very low DC currents.
