ADG1607BRUZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG1606 and ADG1607 are monolithic iCMOS® analogmultiplexers comprising of 16 single channels and eightdifferential channels, respectively. The ADG1606 switches one of16 inputs to a common output, as determined by the 4-bitbinary address lines (A0, A1, A2, and A3). The ADG1607switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differentialoutput, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines (A0, A1,and A2). An EN input on both devices enables or disables thedevice. When disabled, all channels switch off. When enabled, each channel conducts equally well in both directions and has aninput signal range that extends to the supplies. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of theseswitches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition andgain switching applications where low distortion is critical.iCMOS® construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery-poweredinstruments.Product Highlights 7.5 Ω maximum on resistance over temperature. Minimum distortion: THD + N = 0.04% 3 V logic-compatible digital inputs: VINH = 2.0 V, VINL = 0.8 V. No VL logic power supply required.Applications Communication systems Medical systems Audio signal routing Video signal routing Automatic test equipment Data acquisition systems Battery-powered systems Sample-and-hold systems Relay replacements

ADGS5412BCPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADGS5412 contains four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) controls the switches. The SPI interface has robust error detection features, including cyclic redundancy check (CRC) error detection, invalidread/write address detection, and serial clock (SCLK) counterror detection. It is possible to daisy-chain multiple ADGS5412 devices together, which enables the configuration of multiple devices with aminimal amount of digital lines. The ADGS5412 can also operate in burst mode to decrease the time between SPIcommands. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on,and each switch has an input signal range that extends to thesupplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range, which ensures good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. The ADGS5412 exhibits break-before-make switching action, allowing use of the device in multiplexer applications with external wiring.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS SPI interface removes the need for parallel conversion and logic traces and reduces general-purpose input/output (GPIO) channel count. Daisy-chain mode removes additional logic traces when multiple devices are used. CRC, invalid read/write address, and SCLK count error detection ensure a robust digital interface. CRC error detection capabilities allow for the use of the ADGS5412 in safety critical systems. Guaranteed break-before-make switching allows the use of the ADGS5412 in multiplexer configurations with external wiring.Trench isolation analog switch section guards against latch-up. A dielectric trench separates the positive (P) and negative (N) channel transistors thereby preventing latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions.APPLICATIONS Relay replacement Automatic test equipment Data acquisition Instrumentation Avionics Audio and video switching Communication systems

ADG406BNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG406, ADG407, and ADG426 are monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers. The ADG406 and ADG426 switch one of sixteen inputs to a common output as determined by the 4-bit binary address lines: A0, A1, A2, and A3. The ADG426 has on-chip address and control latches that facilitate microprocessor interfacing. The ADG407 switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and A2. An EN input on all devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off.The ADG406 / ADG407 / ADG426 are designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. These features make the parts suitable for high speed data acquisition systems and audio signal switching. Low power dissipation makes the parts suitable for battery powered systems. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

Maxim's redesigned DG411/DG412/DG413 analog switches now feature low on-resistance matching between switches (3Ω max) and guaranteed on-resistance flatness over the signal range (Δ4Ω max). These low on-resistance switches conduct equally well in either direction. They guarantee low charge injection, low power consumption, and an ESD tolerance of 2000V minimum per Method 3015.7. The new design offers lower off-leakage current over temperature (less than 5nA at +85°C).The DG411/DG412/DG413 are quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches. The DG411 is normally closed (NC), and the DG412 is normally open (NO). The DG413 has two NC switches and two NO switches. Switching times are less than 150ns max for tON and less than 100ns max for tOFF. These devices operate from a single +10V to +30V supply, or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies. Maxim's improved DG411/DG412/DG413 are fabricated with a 44V silicon-gate process.ApplicationsAudio Signal RoutingBattery-Operated SystemsCommunication SystemsHeads-Up DisplaysMilitary RadiosPBX, PABXSample-and-Hold CircuitsTest Equipment
