The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost.The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. The ADT7320 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor that offers breakthrough performance over a wide industrial temperaturerange, housed in a 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package. It contains aninternal band gap reference, a temperature sensor, and a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to monitor and digitize the temperature to a resolution of 0.0078°C. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input.
