Sensata compact, embedded refrigerant leak detection sensors are compatible with R32 series, R454 series, and R455 series refrigerants
The MGD series is compatible with R32 series, R454 series, and R455 series refrigerants, with options that allow detection of two or three refrigerants within the same part number, simplifying inventory and engineering processes. Additional benefits include superior resistance to overexposure and poisoning, high temperature and humidity resistance, and a lifetime greater than 15 years with no calibration required, making the MGD the ideal leak detection component for A2L HVAC/R systems.
Typical applications include transport refrigeration, residential air conditioning, heat pumps, and data center cooling. Engineered for accuracy, speed, and durability, the MGD supports the safe adoption of environmentally friendly refrigerants.
