The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V, respectively, band gap voltage references featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. The devices are housed in tiny, 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as in 8-lead SOIC version. The SOIC version of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements1 to the industry-standard REF01, REF02, and REF03. The LTM4611 is a high density 15A output, switch mode DC/DC buck converter power supply capable of operating from very low voltage input supplies. Included in the package are the buck switching controller, power FETs, inductor and loop-compensation components. The LTM4611 delivers up to 15A continuous current at high efficiency from an input voltage of 1.5VIN up to 5.5VIN. The output voltage is set between 0.8V and 5V by a resistor. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed. The LTC3604 is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a phase-lockable controlled on-time, current mode architecture capable of supplying up to 2.5A of output current. The operating supply voltage range is from 3.6V to 15V, making it suitable for a wide range of power supply applications. The operating frequency is programmable from 800kHz to 4MHz with an external resistor enabling the use of small surface mount inductors. For switching noise sensitive applications, the LTC3604 can be externally synchronized over the same frequency range.
