The HMC833LP6GE is a low noise, wide band, Fractional-N Phase-Locked-Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) with a fundamental frequency of 1500 MHz - 3000 MHz, and an integrated VCO Output Divider (divide by 1/2/4/6.../60/62) and doubler, that together allow the HMC833LP6GE to generate frequencies from 25 MHz to 6000 MHz. The integrated Phase Detector (PD) and delta-sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100 MHz, permit wider loop-bandwidths with excellent spectral performance.The HMC833LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and spurious performance, across all frequencies, that enable it to minimize blocker effects, and improve receiver sensitivity and transmitter spectral purity. The HMC865LC3 is a Limiting Amplifier packaged in a leadless 3x3 mm ceramic surface mount package which supports up to 43 Gbps operation. The amplifier provides 30 dB of differential gain. Output voltage swing is adjustable up to 800 mVP-P differential by using the VAC analog control input. Additive rms jitter is less than 300 fs for 32 Gbps operation. HMC865LC3 has an internal DC offset correction circuit which provides differential 10 mVP-P input sensitivity.All input/output RF signals of the HMC865LC3 are terminated with 50 Ohms to +3.3V on chip and may be either AC or DC coupled. The outputs of the device can be operated either differentially or single-ended. The LT1031/LT0070 are precision 10V references with ultralow drift and noise, extremely good long term stability, and almost total immunity to input voltage variations. The reference output will both source and sink up to 10mA and can be used as a shunt regulator (two terminal Zener) with the same precision characteristics as the three terminal connection. Special care has been taken to minimize thermal regulation effects and temperature induced hysteresis.The LT1031 reference is based on a buried Zener diode structure which eliminates noise and stability problems associated with surface breakdown devices. Further, a subsurface Zener exhibits better temperature drift and time stability than even the best band-gap references.Unique circuit design makes the LT1031 the first three terminal IC reference to offer ultralow drift without the use of high power on-chip heaters. The LTC1064-4 is an 8th order, clock sweepable Cauer lowpass switched capacitor filter. An external TTL or CMOS clock programs the value of the filters cutoff frequency. With Pin 10 at V+, the fCLK to fCUTOFF ratio is 50:1; the filter has a Cauer response and with compensation the passband ripple is ±0.1dB. The stopband attenuation is 80dB at 2 × fCUTOFF. Cutoff frequencies up to 100kHz can be achieved. With Pin 10 at V-, the fCLK to f-3dB ratio is 100:1, the filter has a transitional Butterworth-Cauer response with lower noise and lower delay nonlinearity than the Cauer response. The stopband attenuation at 2.5 × f-3dB is 92dB. Cutoff frequencies up to 50kHz can be achieved.The LTC1064-4 features low noise and low harmonic distortion even when input voltages up to 3VRMS are applied. The LTC1064-4 overall performance competes with equivalent multiple op amp active realizations. The AD524 is a precision monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for data acquisition applications requiring high accuracy under worst-case operating conditions. An outstanding combination of high linearity, high common mode rejection, low offset voltage drift, and low noise makes the AD524 suitable for use in many data acquisition systems.The AD524 has an output offset voltage drift of less than 25 µV/ °C, input offset voltage drift of less than 0.5 µV/°C, CMR above 90 dB at unity gain (120 dB at G = 1000) and maximum nonlinearity of 0.003% at G = 1. In addition to the outstanding dc specifications the AD524 also has a 25MHz gain bandwidth product (G = 1000). To make it suitable for high speed data ac-quisition systems the AD524 has an output slew rate of 5 V/µs and settles in 15µs to 0.01% for gains of 1 to 100.As a complete amplifier the AD524 does not require any external components for fixed gains of 1, 10, 100 and 1,000. For other gain settings between 1 and 1000 only a single resistor is required. The AD524 input is fully protected for both power on and power off fault conditions.The AD524 IC instrumentation amplifier is available in four different versions of accuracy and operating temperature range. The economical 'A' grade, the low drift 'B' grade and lower drift, higher linearity 'C' grade are specified from -25°C to +85°C. The 'S' grade guarantees performance to specification over the extended temperature range -55°C to +125°C. Devices are available in 16-pin ceramic DIP and SOIC packages and a 20-terminal leadless chip carrier.Product HighlightsThe AD524 has guaranteed low offset voltage, offset voltage drift, and low noise for precision high gain applications. The AD5260 and AD5262 are 1- and 2-channel, 256 position, SPI interface digitally controlled, variable resistor (VR) devices. These parts operate from either a single +5 V to +15 V supply or a dual ±5 V supply, extending terminal voltage adjustment to these supply voltages. (Most industry digital potentiometers are limited to a 5 V operating range). These devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as a potentiometer or variable resistor while offering solid-state reliability and electronic packaging compactness.
