This pin-compatible, 8-/10-/12-/14-bit resolution family is optimized for low power operation, while maintaining excellent dynamic performance. The AD9704/AD9705/AD9706/AD9707 family is pin-compatible with the AD9748/AD9740/AD9742/AD9744 family of TxDAC converters and is specifically optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. The ADE9000 is a highly accurate, fully integrated, multiphase energy and power quality monitoring device. Superior analog performance and a digital signal processing (DSP) core enable accurate energy monitoring over a wide dynamic range. An integrated high end reference ensures low drift over temperature with a combined drift of less than ±25 ppm/°C maximum for the entire channel including a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC).The ADE9000 offers complete power monitoring capability by providing total as well as fundamental measurements on rms, active, reactive, and apparent powers and energies. Advanced features such as dip and swell monitoring, frequency, phase angle, voltage total harmonic distortion (VTHD), current total harmonic distortion (ITHD), and power factor measurements enable implementation of power quality measurements. The ½ cycle rms and 10 cycle rms/12 cycle rms, calculated according to IEC 61000-4-30 Class S, provide instantaneous rms measurements for real-time monitoring.The ADE9000 offers an integrated flexible waveform buffer that stores samples at a fixed data rate of 32 kSPS or 8 kSPS, or a sampling rate that varies based on line frequency to ensure 128 points per line cycle. Resampling simplifies fast Fourier transform (FFT) calculation of at least 50 harmonics in an external processor.The ADE9000 simplifies the implementation of energy and power quality monitoring systems by providing tight integration of acquisition and calculation engines. The integrated ADCs and DSP engine calculate various parameters and provide data through user accessible registers or indicate events through interrupt pins. With seven dedicated ADC channels, the ADE9000 can be used on a 3-phase system or up to three single-phase systems. It supports current transformers (CTs) or Rogowski coils for current measurements. A digital integrator eliminates a discrete integrator required for Rogowski coils.The ADE9000 absorbs most complexity in calculations for a power monitoring system. The ADF4152HV is a 5.0 GHz, fractional-N or integer N frequency synthesizer with an integrated high voltage charge pump. The synthesizer can drive external wideband voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) directly, eliminating the need for operational amplifiers to achieve higher tuning voltages. The integrated high voltage charge pump simplifies design and reduces cost while improving phase noise, in contrast to active filter topologies, which tend to degrade phase noise compared to passive filter topologies.The VCO frequency can be divided by 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 to allow the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 31.25 MHz. For applications that require isolation, the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin and software controllable.A simple 3-wire interface controls all on-chip registers. The charge pump operates from a power supply ranging from 6.0 V to 30 V, whereas the rest of the device operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V. The ADM7170 is a CMOS, low dropout linear regulator (LDO) that operates from 2.3 V to 6.5 V and provides up to 500 mA of output current. This high output current LDO is ideal for regulation of high performance analog and mixed signal circuits operating from 6 V down to 1.2 V rails. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, the device provides high power supply rejection and low noise, and achieves excellent line and load transient response with just a small 4.7 μF ceramic output capacitor. Load transient response is typically 1.5 μs for a 1 mA to 500 mA load step.The ADM7170 is available in 17 fixed output voltage options. The following voltages are available from stock: 1.3 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.2 V, and 5.0 V. Additional voltages that are available by special order are: 1.5 V, 1.85 V, 2.0 V, 2.2 V, 2.7 V, 2.75 V, 2.8 V, 2.85 V, 3.8 V, and 4.6 V. An adjustable version is also available that allows output voltages that range from 1.2 V to VIN − VDO with an external feedback divider.Inrush current can be controlled by adjusting the start-up time via the soft start pin. The typical start-up time with a 1 nF soft start capacitor is about 1.0 ms.The ADM7170 regulator output noise is 5 μV rms independent of the output voltage. The ADN4650/ADN4651/ADN46521 are signal isolated, low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) buffers that operate at up to 600 Mbps with very low jitter.The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, enhanced for high speed operation, to provide galvanic isolation of the TIA/EIA-644-A compliant LVDS drivers and receivers. This technology allows drop-in isolation of an LVDS signal chain.Multiple channel configurations are offered, and the LVDS receivers on the ADN4651/ADN4652 include a fail-safe mechanism to ensure a Logic 1 on the corresponding LVDS driver output when the inputs are floating, shorted, or terminated, but not driven.For high speed operation with low jitter, the LVDS and isolator circuits rely on a 2.5 V supply. An integrated on-chip low dropout regulator (LDO) can provide the required 2.5 V from an external 3.3 V power supply. The ADP5300 is a high efficiency, ultralow quiescent current step-down regulator that draws only 180 nA quiescent current to regulate the output at no load.The ADP5300 runs from an input supply voltage range of 2.15 V to 6.50 V, allowing the use of multiple alkaline or NiMH, Li-Ion cells, or other power sources. The output voltage is selectable from 0.8 V to 5.0 V by an external VID resistor and factory fuse. The total solution requires only four tiny external components.The ADP5300 can operate between hysteresis mode and PWM mode via the SYNC/MODE pin. The regulator in hysteresis mode achieves excellent efficiency at a power of less than 1 mW and provides up to 50 mA of output current. The regulator in PWM mode produces a lower output ripple and supplies up to 500 mA of output current. The flexible configuration capability during operation of the device enables very efficient power management to meet both the longest battery life and low system noise requirements.The ADP5300 contains a VOUTOK flag, which monitors the output voltage and runs at a 2 MHz switching frequency in PWM mode. SYNC/MODE can be synchronized to an external clock from 1.5 MHz to 2.5 MHz.The ADP5300 includes an STOP pin that can disable the regulator switching temporarily, in this way a quiet system environment can be achieved to benefit noise sensitive circuitry, such as data conversion, RF data transmit, and analog sensors.Other key features in the ADP5300 include separate enabling, QOD, and safety features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and input undervoltage lockout (UVLO).The ADP5300 is available in 10-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP rated for −40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.Multifunction pin names may be referenced by their relevant function only.Applications Energy (gas and water) metering Portable and battery-powered equipment Medical applications Keep-alive power supplies
