The ADuM3070 isolator is a regulated dc-to-dc isolated power supply controller with an internal MOSFET driver. The dc-to-dc controller has an internal isolated PWM feedback from the secondary side based on the iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology and complete loop compensation. This eliminates the need to use an optocoupler for feedback and compensates the loop for stability. The ADuM3070 isolator provides a more stable output voltage and higher efficiency compared to unregulated isolated dc-to-dc power supplies. The fully integrated feedback and loop compensation in a small QSOP package provides a smaller form factor than any discrete solution. The regulated feedback provides a relatively flat efficiency curve over the full output power range. The ADuM3070 enables a dc-to-dc converter with a 3.3 V to 24 V isolated output voltage range from either a 5.0 V or a 3.3 V input voltage, with an output power of up to 2.5 W.APPLICATIONS Power supply startup bias and gate drives Isolated sensor interfaces Process controls

SSM2305RMZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The SSM2305 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-Daudio amplifier designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 2.2 W of continuous outputpower with less than 1% THD + N driving a 4 Ω load from a5.0 V supply. It has built-in thermal shutdown and output short-circuitprotection.The SSM2305 features a high efficiency, low noise modulationscheme that does not require external LC output filters. The modulationprovides high efficiency even at low output power. TheSSM2305 operates with 90% efficiency at 1.3 W into 8 Ω or 83%efficiency at 2.2 W into 4 Ω from a 5.0 V supply and has an SNR of>98 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures. The SSM2305 has a micropower shutdown mode with a maximumshutdown current of 30 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga Logic 0 to the SD pin. The device also includes pop-and-clicksuppression circuitry. This minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, thus reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation. The fully differential input of the SSM2305 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The SSM2305 has excellent rejection of power supply noise, including noise caused by GSM transmission bursts and RFrectification. PSRR is typically 60 dB at 217 Hz.The default gain of the SSM2305 is 18 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors. The SSM2305 is specified over the commercial temperature range(−40°C to +85°C). It is available in both an 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mmlead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and an 8-lead mini smalloutline package (MSOP). AD1939YSTZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD1939 is a high performance, single-chip codec that provides four analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with differential input, and eight digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with differential output using the Analog Devices, Inc. patented multibit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) architecture. An SPI port is included, allowing a microcontroller to adjust volume and many other parameters. The AD1939 operates from 3.3 V digital and analog supplies. The AD1939 is available in a 64-lead (differential output) LQFP package. The AD1939 is designed for low EMI. This consideration is apparent in both the system and circuit design architectures. By using the on-board PLL to derive the master clock from the LR clock or from an external crystal, the AD1939 eliminates the need for a separate high frequency master clock and can also be used with a suppressed bit clock. The DACs and ADCs are designed using the latest Analog Devices continuous time architectures to further minimize EMI. By using 3.3 V supplies, power consumption is minimized, further reducing emissions.APPLICATIONS Automotive audio systems Home Theater Systems Set-top boxes Digital audio effects processors

The AD22105 is a solid state thermostatic switch. Requiring only one external programming resistor, the AD22105 can be set to switch accurately at any temperature in the wide operating range of -40°C to +150°C. Using a novel circuit architecture, the AD22105 asserts an open collector output when the ambient temperature exceeds the user-programmed setpoint temperature. The AD22105 has approximately 4°C of hysteresis which prevents rapid thermal on/off cycling. The AD22105 is designed to operate on a single power supply voltage from +2.7 V to +7.0 V facilitating operation in battery powered applications as well as in industrial control systems. Because of low power dissipation (230 µW @ 3.3 V), self-heating errors are minimized and battery life is maximized. An optional internal 200 k(ohm) pull-up resistor is included to facilitate driving light loads such as CMOS inputs.Alternatively, a low power LED indicator may be driven directly.
