The AD8502/AD8504 are low power, precision CMOS operationalamplifiers featuring a maximum supply current of 1 μA per amplifier. The AD8502/AD8504 have a maximum offset voltage of 3 mV and a typical input bias current of 1 pA operating rail-to-rail on both the input and output. The AD8502/AD8504 can operate from a single-supply voltage of +1.8 V to +5.5 V or a dual-supply voltage of ±0.9 V to ±2.75 V.With its low power consumption, low input bias current, andrail-to-rail input and output, the AD8502/AD8504 are ideally suited for a variety of battery-powered portable applications. Potential applications include bedside monitors, pulse monitors, glucose meters, smoke and fire detectors, vibration monitors, and backup battery sensors.The ability to swing rail-to-rail at both the input and output helps maximize dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio in systems that operate at very low voltages. The low offset voltage allows use of the AD8502/AD8504 in systems with high gain without creating excessively large output offset errors. The ADuM4135 is a single-channel gate driver specificallyoptimized for driving insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology provides isolationbetween the input signal and the output gate drive.The ADuM4135 includes a Miller clamp to provide robust IGBT turn-off with a single-rail supply when the gate voltage drops below 2 V (typical). Operation with unipolar or bipolar secondary supplies is possible, with or without the Miller clamp operation.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from dedicated outputs. Control of resetting the device after a fault on the secondary is performed on the primary side of the device.Integrated onto the ADuM4135 is a desaturation detection circuit that provides protection against high voltage short-circuit IGBT operation. The desaturation protection contains noise reducing features such as a 370 ns (typical) masking time after a switching event to mask voltage spikes due to initial turn-on. The ADUX1020 is a highly efficient photometric sensor with an integrated 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 20-bit burst accumulator that works in concert with a flexible light emitting diode (LED) driver. It is designed to modulate a LED and measure the corresponding optical return signal. The digital engine includes circuitry and control for data aggregation and proximity detection.The data output and device configuration use a 1.8 V I2C interface. The control circuitry includes flexible LED pulse width and period generation combined with synchronous detection. This circuitry is complemented by a low noise, low power, and wide dynamic range configurable analog front end (AFE), clock generation, LED driver, and digital logic for position and smart sample mode (event driven x, y coordinates, relative z data). This complete AFE features ambient light rejection, avoiding corruption due to external interference.One inexpensive standard surface mount, broad angle or narrow angle IR LED (depending upon application) is required.
