The AD9625 is a 12-bit monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates at conversion rates of up to 2.6 giga samples per second (GSPS). This product is designed for sampling wide bandwidth analog signals up to the second Nyquist zone. The combination of wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, and excellent linearity of the AD9625 is ideally suited for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and a wide assortment of military electronics applications, such as radar and jamming/antijamming measures.The analog input, clock, and SYSREF± signals are differential inputs. The AD9691 is a dual, 14-bit, 1.25 GSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device has an on-chip buffer and sample-and-hold circuit designed for low power, small size, and ease of use. The device is designed for sampling wide bandwidth analog signals of up to 1.5 GHz.The dual ADC cores feature a multistage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC features wide bandwidth inputs supporting a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference eases design considerations.Each ADC data output is internally connected to two digital downconverters (DDCs). Each DDC consists of four cascaded signal processing stages: a 12-bit frequency translator (NCO) and four half-band decimation filters.In addition to the DDC blocks, the AD9691 has several functions that simplify the automatic gain control (AGC) function in the communications receiver. The programmable threshold detector allows monitoring of the incoming signal power using the fast detect output bits of the ADC. If the input signal level exceeds the programmable threshold, the fast detect indicator goes high. Because this threshold indicator has low latency, the user can quickly turn down the system gain to avoid an overrange condition at the ADC input.Users can configure the Subclass 1 JESD204B-based high speed serialized output in a variety of one-, two-, four- or eight-lane configurations, depending on the DDC configuration and the acceptable lane rate of the receiving logic device. DC precision in the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 with half the offset and a maximum thermal drift specification added to the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4. The ADA4805-1 is a high speed voltage feedback rail-to-rail output amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 495 μA, making it ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of 1, high slew rate of 160 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 μV maximum.A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 3 μA. For power sensitive applications, the shutdown mode offers very fast turn-on time of 3 μs from shutdown to fully on (output settled to 16 bits). The ADA4807-1 (single), ADA4807-2 (dual), and ADA4807-4 (quad) are low noise, rail-to-rail input and output, voltage feedback amplifiers. These amplifiers combine low power, low noise, high speed, and dc precision to provide an attractive solution for a wide range of applications from high resolution data acquisition instrumentation to high performance battery-powered and high component density systems where power consumption is of key importance.With only 1.0 mA of supply current per amplifier, the ADA4807-1/ADA4807-2/ADA4807-4 feature the lowest input voltage noise among high speed, rail-to-rail input/output amplifiers in the industry and offer a wide bandwidth, high slew rate, fast settling time, and excellent distortion performance. Additionally, these amplifiers offer very low input offset voltage and drift performance, making them ideal for driving multiplexed and high throughput precision 16-/18-bit successive approximation registers (SARs) and 24-bit Δ-Σ ADCs.These amplifiers are fully specified at +3 V, +5 V, and ±5 V supplies and can operate over the industrial −40°C to +125°C temperature range.The ADA4807-1 is available in 6-lead SOT-23 and space-saving 6-lead SC70 packages. The ADA4807-2 is available in an 8-lead MSOP and a compact, 3 mm × 3 mm, 10-lead LFCSP.
