The ADG5212 / ADG5213 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5212 switches turn on with Logic 1. The ADG5213 has two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG5212; however, the logic is inverted on the other two switches. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked.The ADG5212 and ADG5213 do not have a VL pin. The digital inputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the full operating supply range. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. The ADM1075 is a full feature, negative voltage, hot swap controllerwith constant power foldback and high accuracy digital currentand voltage measurement that allows boards to be safely insertedand removed from a live -48 V backplane. The part providesprecise and robust current limiting and protection against bothtransient and nontransient short circuits and overvoltage andundervoltage conditions. The ADM1075 typically operates froma negative voltage of -35 V to -80 V and, due to shunt regulation,has excellent voltage transient immunity. The operating range ofthe part is flexible due to the shunt regulator, and the part can bepowered directly by a 10 V rail to save shunt power dissipation(see the Powering the ADM1075 section for more details).A full-scale current limit of 25 mV or 50 mV can be selected bychoosing the appropriate model. The ADM1293 and ADM1294 are high accuracy integrated digital power monitors that offer digital current, voltage, and power monitoring using an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through a PMBus™ compliant I2C interface.These devices acquire the current by measuring the voltage difference across the external sense resistor. This voltage is amplified and digitized by an internal 12-bit ADC. The same ADC can also sample the primary input voltage and an auxiliary input voltage. The internal digital block can perform multiplication of the current and primary input voltage for power calculation. The ADM1293/ADM1294 also feature a power accumulator for energy metering. An industry-standard PMBus interface allows a master controller to read back these data from the device. The master controller can then combine this information with a known sense resistor value to calculate the current, voltage, power, and energy consumption over time on the monitored rail.In conditions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overpower, the ADM1293/ADM1294 devices can generate an interrupt signal to the microprocessor through the GPOx/ALERTx outputs. The ADM7151 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 4.5 V to 16 V and provides up to 800 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection (>90 dB from 1 kHz to 1 MHz), ultralow noise (1.7 nV√Hz from 10 kHz to 1 MHz), and excellent line and load transient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor. The ADP5589 is a 19 channel GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output) port expander with built-in keypad matrix decoder, programmable logic, reset logic, and PWM generator. The IC is capable of handling QWERTY size keyboards and GPIO expansion. I/O expander ICs are used in portable devices (phones, remote controls, & cameras) and non-portable applications (healthcare, industrial & instrumentation). I/O expanders can be used to increase the number of I/Os available to a processor or to reduce the number of I/Os required through interface connectors for front panel designs.The ADP5589 handles all key scanning and decoding and can flag the main processor via an interrupt line that new key events have occurred. GPI changes and logic changes can also be tracked as events via the FIFO, eliminating the need to monitor different registers for event changes. The ADP5589 is equipped with a FIFO to store up to 16 events.
