The HMC617LP3(E) is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that is ideal for Cellular/3G and LTE/4G basestation front-end receivers operating between 550 and 1200 MHz. The amplifier has been optimized to provide 0.5 dB noise figure, 16 dB gain and +37 dBm output IP3 from a single supply of +5V. Input and output return losses are excellent and the LNA requires minimal external matching and bias decoupling components.The HMC617LP3(E) shares the same package and pinout with the HMC618LP3(E) 1.7 - 2.2 GHz LNA. The HMC617LP3(E) can be biased with +3V to +5V and features an externally adjustable supply current which allows the designer to tailor the linearity performance of the LNA for each application. The HMC624A is a 6-bit digital attenuator with a 31.5 dB attenuation control range in 0.5 dB steps.The HMC624A offers excellent attenuation accuracy and high input linearity over the specified frequency range from 100 MHz to 6.0 GHz. However, this digital attenuator features external ac grounding capacitors to extend the operation below 100 MHz.The HMC624A is integrated with two dies: a CMOS driver and a gallium arsenide (GaAs) RF attenuator. The CMOS driver provides both serial and parallel control of the RF attenuator. The HMC746LC3C is an AND/NAND/OR/NOR function designed to support data transmission rates of up to 14 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 14 GHz. The HMC746LC3C may be easily configured to provide any of the following logic functions: AND, NAND, OR and NOR.All differential inputs to the HMC746LC3C are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 Ohms to the positive supply, Vcc, and may be AC or DC coupled. The differential CML outputs are source terminated to 50 Ohms and may also be AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 Ohm Vcc-terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 Ohms to ground. The HMC987LP5E 1-to-9 fanout buffer is designed for low noise clock distribution. It is intended to generate relatively square wave outputs with rise/fall times < 100 ps. The low skew and jitter outputs of the HMC987LP5E, combined with its fast rise/fall times, leads to controllable low-noise switching of downstream circuits such as mixers, ADCs/DACs or SERDES devices. The noise floor is particularly important in these applications, when the clocknetwork bandwidth is wide enough to allow squarewave switching. Driven at 2 GHz, outputs of the HMC987LP5E have a noise floor of –166 dBc/Hz, corresponding to a jitter density of 0.6 asec/rtHz - or 50 fs over an 8 GHz bandwidth.The input stage can be driven single-ended or differentially, in a variety of signal formats (CML, LVDS, LVPECL or CMOS), AC or DC coupled. The input stage also features adjustable input impedance. The OPx177 family consists of very high precision, single, dual, and quad amplifiers featuring extremely low offset voltage and drift, low input bias current, low noise, and low power consump-tion. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF with no external compensation. Supply current is less than 500 μA per amplifier at 30 V. Internal 500 Ω series resistors protect the inputs, allowing input signal levels several volts beyond either supply without phase reversal.Unlike previous high voltage amplifiers with very low offset voltages, the OP1177 (single) and OP2177 (dual) amplifiers are available in tiny 8-lead surface-mount MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. The OP4177 (quad) is available in TSSOP and 14-lead narrow SOIC packages. Moreover, specified performance in the MSOP and the TSSOP is identical to performance in the SOIC package. MSOP and TSSOP are available in tape and reel only.The OPx177 family offers the widest specified temperature range of any high precision amplifier in surface-mount packaging. All versions are fully specified for operation from −40°C to +125°C for the most demanding operating environments.Applications for these amplifiers include precision diode power measurement, voltage and current level setting, and level detection in optical and wireless transmission systems. The AD548 is a low power, precision monolithic operational amplifier. It offers both low bias current (10 pA max, warmed up) and low quiescent current (200 μA max) and is fabricated with ion-implanted FET and laser wafer trimming technologies. Input bias current is guaranteed over the AD548’s entire common-mode voltage range.The economical J grade has a maximum guaranteed input offset voltage of less than 2 mV and an input offset voltage drift of less than 20 μV/°C. This level of dc precision is achieved utilizing Analog’s laser wafer drift trimming process. The combination of low quiescent current and low offset voltage drift minimizes changes in input offset voltage due to self-heating effects.The AD548 is recommended for any dual supply op amp application requiring low power and excellent dc and ac performance. In applications such as battery-powered, precision instrument front ends and CMOS DAC buffers, the AD548’s excellent combination of low input offset voltage and drift, low bias current, and low 1/f noise reduces output errors. High common-mode rejection (82 dB, min on the “B” grade) and high open-loop gain ensures better than 12-bit linearity in high impedance, buffer applications.The AD548 is pinned out in a standard op amp configuration and is available in three performance grades. The AD548J and AD548K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The AD548B is rated over the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.The AD548 is available in an 8-lead plastic mini-DIP and surface-mount (SOIC) packages.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS A combination of low supply current, excellent dc and ac performance and low drift makes the AD548 the ideal op amp for high performance, low power applications. The AD548 is pin compatible with industry standard op amps such as the LF441, TL061, and AD542, enabling designers to improve performance while achieving a reduction in power dissipation of up to 85%. Guaranteed low input offset voltage (2 mV max) and drift (20 µV/°C max) for the AD548J are achieved utilizing Analog Devices’ laser drift trimming technology, eliminating the need for external trimming. Analog Devices specifies each device in the warmed-up condition, insuring that the device will meet its published specifications in actual use. A dual version, the AD648, is also available. Enhanced replacement for LF441 and TL061.

The AD7716 is a signal processing block for data acquisition systems. It is capable of processing four channels with bandwidths of up to 584 Hz. Resolution is 22 bits and the usable dynamic range varies from 111 dB with an input bandwidth of 36.5 Hz to 99 dB with an input bandwidth of 584 Hz.The device consists of four separate A/D converter channels that are implemented using sigma-delta technology. Sigma-delta ADCs include on-chip digital filtering and, thus, the system filtering requirements are eased.Three address pins program the device address. This allows a data acquisition system with up to 32 channels to be set up in a simple fashion. The output word from the device contains 32 bits of data. One bit is determined by the state of the DIN1 input and may be used, for example, in an ECG system with an external pacemaker detect circuit to indicate that the output word is invalid because of the presence of a pacemaker pulse.
