ADA4805-1ARJZ-R2

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4805-1 is a high speed voltage feedback rail-to-rail output amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 495 μA, making it ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of 1, high slew rate of 160 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 μV maximum.A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 3 μA. For power sensitive applications, the shutdown mode offers very fast turn-on time of 3 μs from shutdown to fully on (output settled to 16 bits). This allows the user to dynamically manage the power of the amplifier by turning the amplifier off between ADC samples. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process allows for both low voltage and low current noise (5.9 nV/√Hz, 0.6 pA/√Hz). The ADA4805-1 operates over a wide range of supply voltages from ±1.5 V to ±5 V, as well as from single 3 V and 5 V supplies, making it ideal for high speed, low power instruments. The ADA4805-1 amplifier is available in both a 6-lead SOT-23 and a 6-lead SC70 package. These amplifiers are rated to work over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.Applications High resolution, high precision ADC drivers Battery-powered instrumentation Micropower active filters Portable point of sales terminals Active RFID readers Photo multipliers ADC reference buffers

ADGS5412BCPZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADGS5412 contains four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) controls the switches. The SPI interface has robust error detection features, including cyclic redundancy check (CRC) error detection, invalidread/write address detection, and serial clock (SCLK) counterror detection. It is possible to daisy-chain multiple ADGS5412 devices together, which enables the configuration of multiple devices with aminimal amount of digital lines. The ADGS5412 can also operate in burst mode to decrease the time between SPIcommands. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on,and each switch has an input signal range that extends to thesupplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range, which ensures good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. The ADGS5412 exhibits break-before-make switching action, allowing use of the device in multiplexer applications with external wiring.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS SPI interface removes the need for parallel conversion and logic traces and reduces general-purpose input/output (GPIO) channel count. Daisy-chain mode removes additional logic traces when multiple devices are used. CRC, invalid read/write address, and SCLK count error detection ensure a robust digital interface. CRC error detection capabilities allow for the use of the ADGS5412 in safety critical systems. Guaranteed break-before-make switching allows the use of the ADGS5412 in multiplexer configurations with external wiring.Trench isolation analog switch section guards against latch-up. A dielectric trench separates the positive (P) and negative (N) channel transistors thereby preventing latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions.APPLICATIONS Relay replacement Automatic test equipment Data acquisition Instrumentation Avionics Audio and video switching Communication systems

ADIS16490BMLZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADIS16490 is a complete inertial system that includes a triaxis gyroscope and a triaxis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16490 combines industry leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyroscope bias). ADN8833ACPZ-R2

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADN8833 is a monolithic H-bridge TEC driver with integrat-ed 1 A power MOSFETs. It has a linear power stage with the linear driver (LDR) output and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage with the SW output. Depending on the control voltage at the CONT input, the ADN8833 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature. The control voltage applied to the CONT input is generated by a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) closing the digital proportional, integral, derivative (PID) loop of temperature control system. The internal 2.5 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes. It can also be a reference voltage for the DAC and the temperature sensing circuit, including a thermistor bridge and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC).APPLICATIONS TEC temperature control Optical modules Optical fiber amplifiers Optical networking systems Instruments requiring TEC temperature control

ADN8834ACPZ-R2

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADN88341 is a monolithic TEC controller with an integrated TEC controller. It has a linear power stage, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers. The linear controller works with the PWM driver to control the internal power MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration. By measuring the thermal sensor feedback voltage and using the integrated operational amplifiers as a proportional integral differential (PID) compensator to condition the signal, the ADN8834 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature. The ADN8834 supports negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors as well as positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistive temperature detectors (RTD). The target temperature is set as an analog voltage input either from a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) or from an external resistor divider. The temperature control loop of the ADN8834 is stabilized by PID compensation utilizing the built in, zero drift chopper amplifiers. The internal 2.50 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a thermistor temperature sensing bridge as well as a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes. With the zero drift chopper amplifiers, extremely good long-term temperature stability is maintained via an autonomous analog temperature control loop.APPLICATIONS TEC temperature control Optical modules Optical fiber amplifiers Optical networking systems Instruments requiring TEC temperature control1 Product is covered by U.S. Patent No. 6,486,643.
