The AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622, members of the nanoDAC® family, are single 8-/10-/12-bit buffered voltage-out DACs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming <100 µA at 5 V. The AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 comes in a tiny LFCSP and SC70 packages. Each DAC contains an on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. The AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 utilizes a 2-wire I2C-compatible serial interface that operates in standard (100 KHz), fast (400 KHz) and high speed (3.4 MHz) modes. The references for AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 are derived from the power supply inputs and to give the widest dynamic output range. Each part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The devices contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to <150 nA at 3 V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The devices are put into power-down mode over the serial interface. The low power consumption of the AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable, battery operated equipment. The power consumption is 0.4 mW at 5 V.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in 6-lead LFCSP and SC70 packages. Max 100µA power consumption, single-supply operation. These devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and typically consumes 0.2 mW at 3 V and 0.4 mW at 5 V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The on-chip output buffer amplifier allows the output of the DAC to swing rail-to-rail with a typical slew rate of 0.5 V/µs. Reference derived from the power supply. Standard, fast and high speed mode I2C interface. Designed for very low power consumption. Power-down capability. When powered down, the DAC typically consumes <150 nA at 3 V. Power-on-reset and brown out detection.APPLICATIONS Process control Data acquisition systems Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators

ADG3233BRMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG3233 is a bypass switch designed on a submicron process which operates from supplies as low as1.65 V. The device is guaranteed for operation over the supply range 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It operates from two supplyvoltages allowing bidirectional level translation, that is. it translates low voltages to higher voltages and vice versa. The signal path is unidirectional, meaning data may only flow from A to Y.This type of device may be used in applications that require a bypassing function. It is ideally suited tobypassing devices in a JTAG chain or bypassing devices in a daisy-chain loop. One switch could be used for eachdevice or a number of devices, thus allowing easy bypassing of one or more devices in a chain. This may beparticularly useful in reducing the time overhead in testing devices in the JTAG chain or in daisy-chain applicationswhere the user does not wish to change the settings of a particular device. The bypass switch is packaged in two of the smallest footprints available for its required pin count. The 8-leadSOT-23 package requires only 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm board space, while the MSOP package occupies approximately3 mm x 4.9 mm board area.

ADG408BRUZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG408 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer comprising 8 single channels. The ADG408 switches one of eight inputs to a common output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and A2. An EN input is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF. The ADG408 is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

ADG441BNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG441 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The ADG441 switches are turned on with a logic low on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when ON and each has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. All switches exhibit break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.
