The AD7747 is a high-resolution, Σ-Δ capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC). The capacitance to be measured is connected directly to the device inputs. The architecture features inherent high resolution (24-bit no missing codes, up to 19.5-bit effective resolution), high linearity (±0.01%), and high accuracy (±10 fF factory calibrated). The AD7747 capacitance input range is ±8 pF (changing), and it can accept up to 17 pF common-mode capacitance (not changing), which can be balanced by a programmable on-chip digital-to-capacitance converter (CAPDAC).The AD7747 is designed for single-ended or differential capacitive sensors with one plate connected to ground. For floating (not grounded) capacitive sensors, the AD7745 or AD7746 are recommended.The part has an on-chip temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.1°C and accuracy of ±2°C. The AD7859/AD7859L are high speed, low power, 8-channel, 12-bit ADCs which operate from a single 3 V or 5 V power supply, the AD7859 being optimized for speed and the AD7859L for low power. The ADC contains self-calibration and system calibration options to ensure accurate operation over time and temperature and have a number of power-down options for low power applications. The AD7859 is capable of 200 kHz throughput rate while the AD7859L is capable of 100 kHz throughput rate. The input track-and-hold acquires a signal in 500 ns and features a pseudo-differential sampling scheme. The AD7859 and AD7859L input voltage range is 0 to VREF (unipolar) and -VREF/2 to +VREF/2 about VREF/2 (bipolar) with both straight binary and 2s complement output coding respectively. Input signal range is to the supply and the part is capable of converting full-power signals to 100 kHz. CMOS construction ensures low power dissipation of typically 5.4 mW for normal operation and 3.6 µW in power-down mode. The part is available in 44-pin, plastic quad flatpack package (PQFP) and plastic lead chip carrier (PLCC).

The AD7986 is an 18-bit, 2 MSPS successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It contains a low power,high speed, 18-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference (and buffer), error correction circuits, anda versatile serial interface port. On the rising edge of CNV, the AD7986 samples the voltage difference between the IN+ andIN− pins. The voltages on these pins usually swing in opposite phases between 0 V and VREF. The AD8211 is a high voltage, precision current shunt amplifier. It features a set gain of 20 V/V, with a typical ±0.35% gain error over the entire temperature range. The AD8221 is a gain programmable, high performance instrumentation amplifier that delivers the industry’s highest CMRR over frequency in its class. The ADXL362 is an ultralow power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that consumes less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by undersampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL362 always provides 12-bit output resolution; 8-bit formatted data is also provided for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. Measurement ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, and ±8 g are available, with a resolution of 1 mg/LSB on the ±2 g range. For applications where a noise level lower than the normal 550 μg/√Hz of the ADXL362 is desired, either of two lower noise modes (down to 175 μg/√Hz typical) can be selected at minimal increase in supply current.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL362 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. The SSM3302 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, stereo Class-D audio amplifier. The application circuit requires minimal externalcomponents and operates from a single 7 V to 18 V supply. The device is capable of delivering 2 × 10 W of continuous output power into a 4 Ω load (or 2 × 8 W into 8 Ω) with 98 dB. Spread spectrum pulse density modulation (PDM) is used toprovide lower EMI radiated emissions compared with other Class-D architectures. The SSM3302 includes an optional modulation select pin (ultralow EMI emission mode) that significantly reduces the radiated emissions at the Class-D outputs, particularly above 100 MHz. The SSM3302 can pass FCC Class-B emissions testing with an unshielded 20 inch cable using common-mode choke-based filtering.The fully differential input of the SSM3302 provides excellent rejection of common-mode noise on the input. The device also includes a highly flexible gain select pin that only requires one series resistor to choose a gain between 9 dB and 24 dB, with no change to the input impedance. The ADuM6200 / ADuM6201/ADuM6202 are dual-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, an integrated, isolated DC/DC converter. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, the DC/DC converter provides up to 400 mW of regulated, isolated power at either 5.0 V or 3.3 V from a 5.0 V input supply, or at 3.3 V from a 3.3 V supply at the power levels shown in Table 1 on the data sheet. These devices eliminate the need for a separate, isolated DC/DC converter in low power, isolated designs. The iCoupler chip scale transformer technology is used to isolate the logic signals and for the magnetic components of the DC/DC converter.
