The AD7818 and AD7817 are 10-bit, single- and 4-channel A/D converters with on-chip temperature sensor that can operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply. Each part contains a 9 μs successive-approximation converter based around a capacitor DAC, an on-chip temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±2°C, an on-chip clock oscillator, inherent track-and-hold functionality and an on-chip reference (2.5 V). The AD7816 is a temperature monitoring only device in a SOIC/MSOP package.The on-chip temperature sensor of the AD7817 and AD7818 can be accessed via Channel 0. When Channel 0 is selected and a conversion is initiated, the resulting ADC code at the end of the conversion gives a measurement of the ambient temperature with a resolution of ±0.25°C. The AD8009 is an ultrahigh speed current feedback amplifier with a phenomenal 5,500 V/µs slew rate that results in a rise time of 545 ps, making it ideal as a pulse amplifier.The high slew rate reduces the effect of slew rate limiting and results in the large signal bandwidth of 440 MHz required for high resolution video graphic systems. Signal quality is maintained over a wide bandwidth with worst case distortion of -40 dBc @ 250 MHz (G = +10, 1 V p-p). The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers offering ease of use and low cost. They have a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. The AD8220 is the first single-supply, JFET input instrumentation amplifier available in an MSOP package. Designed to meet the needs of high performance, portable instrumentation, the AD8220 has a minimum common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 86 dB at dc and a minimum CMRR of 80 dB at 5 kHz for G = 1. Maximum input bias current is 10 pA and typically remains below 300 pA over the entire industrial temperature range. Despite the JFET inputs, the AD8220 typically has a noise corner of only 10 Hz.With the proliferation of mixed-signal processing, the number of power supplies required in each system has grown. The AD8220 is designed to alleviate this problem. The AD8220 can operate on a ±18 V dual supply, as well as on a single +5 V supply. Its rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range on the low voltage supplies common in portable applications. Its ability to run on a single 5 V supply eliminates the need to use higher voltage, dual supplies.
