The AD9445 is a 14-bit monolithic, sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an on-chip, IF sampling track-and-hold circuit and is optimized for power, small size, and ease of use. The product operates at up to an 105 MSPS conversion rate and is optimized for multi-carrier, multimode receivers, such as those found in cellular infrastructure equipment.The ADC requires 3.3 V and 5.0 V power supplies and a low voltage differential input clock for full performance operation. No external reference or driver components are required for many applications. Data outputs are LVDS-compatible (ANSI-644) or CMOS-compatible and include the means to reduce the overall current needed for short trace distances.Optional features allow users to implement various selectable operating conditions, including data format select and output data mode.The AD9445 is available in a 100-lead surface-mount plastic package (100-lead TQFP/EP) specified over the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS High performance: Outstanding SFDR performance for multicarrier, multimode 3G and 4G cellular base station receivers. The AD9970 is a highly integrated CCD signal processor for high speed digital video camera applications. Specified at pixel rates of up to 65 MHz, the AD9970 consists of a complete analog front end with analog-to-digital conversion combined with a programmable timing driver. The Precision Timing core allows adjustment of high speed clocks with 240 ps resolution at 65 MHz operation. The AD9970 also contains a reduced range LVDS interface for data outputs.The analog front end includes black level clamping, CDS, VGA, and a 65 MSPS, 14-bit ADC. The timing driver provides the high speed CCD clock drivers for RG, HL, and H1 to H4. The ADE7761B is a high accuracy, fault-tolerant, electrical energy measurement IC intended for use with 2-wire distribution systems. The part specifications surpass the accuracy requirements as quoted in the IEC 62053-21 standard. The only analog circuitry used on the ADE7761B is in the ADCs and reference circuit. All other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering) is carried out in the digital domain. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy over extremes in environmental conditions and over time. The ADE7761B incorporates a fault detection scheme similar to the ADE7751 by continuously monitoring both phase and neutral currents. A fault is indicated when the currents differ by more than 6.25%.The ADE7761B incorporates a missing neutral detection scheme by continuously monitoring the input voltage. When a missing neutral condition is detected (no voltage input), the ADE7761B continues billing based on the active current signal (see the Missing Neutral Mode section). The missing neutral condition is indicated when the FAULT pin goes high. The ADE7761B supplies average active power information on the low frequency outputs, F1 and F2. The CF logic output gives instantaneous active power information.The ADE7761B includes a power supply monitoring circuit on the VDD supply pin. Internal phase matching circuitry ensures that the voltage and current channels are matched. An internal no-load threshold ensures that the ADE7761B does not exhibit any creep when there is no load.

The ADG526A and ADG527A are CMOS monolithic analog multiplexers with 16 single channels and dual 8 channels, respectively. On-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing. The ADG526A switches one of 16 inputs to a common output, depending on the state of four binary addresses and an enable input. The ADG527A switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. Both devices have TTL and 5 V CMOS logic-compatible digital inputs. The ADG526A and ADG527A are designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process that gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. The devices can comfortably operate anywhere in the 10.8 V to 16.5 V single- or dual-supply range. These multiplexers also feature high switching speeds and low RON. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Single- or Dual-Supply Specifications with a Wide Tolerance. The devices are specified in the 10.8 V to 16.5 V range for both single and dual supplies. Easily Interfaced. The ADG526A and ADG527A can be easily interfaced with microprocessors. The WR signal latches the state of the address control lines and the enable line. The RS signal clears both the address and enable data in the latches, resulting in no output (all switches off). RS can be tied to the microprocessor reset pin. Extended Signal Range. The enhanced LC2MOS processing results in a high breakdown and an increased analog signal range from VSS to VDD. Break-Before-Make Switching. Switches are guaranteed break-before-make so that input signals are protected against momentary shorting. Low Leakage.
