OP213FPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OPx13 family of single-supply operational amplifiers features both low noise and drift. It has been designed for systems with internal calibration. Often these processor-based systems are capable of calibrating corrections for offset and gain, but they cannot correct for temperature drifts and noise. Optimized for these parameters, the OPx13 family can be used to take advantage of superior analog performance combined with digital correction. Many systems using internal calibration operate from unipolar supplies, usually either 5 V or 12 V. The OPx13 family is designed to operate from single supplies from 4 V to 36 V and to maintain its low noise and precision performance. The OPx13 family is unity gain stable and has a typical gain bandwidth product of 3.4 MHz. Slew rate is in excess of 1 V/μs. Noise density is a very low 4.7 nV/√Hz, and noise in the 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz band is 120 nV p-p. Input offset voltage is guaranteed and offset drift is guaranteed to be less than 0.8 μV/°C. Input common-mode range includes the negative supply and to within 1 V of the positive supply over the full supply range. Phase reversal protection is designed into the OPx13 family for cases where input voltage range is exceeded. Output voltage swings also include the negative supply and go to within 1 V of the positive rail. The output is capable of sinking and sourcing current throughout its range and is specified with 600 Ω loads.Digital scales and other strain gage applications benefit from the very low noise and low drift of the OPx13 family. Other applications include use as a buffer or amplifier for both analog-to-digital (ADC) and digital-to-analog (DAC) sigma-delta converters. Often these converters have high resolutions requiring the lowest noise amplifier to utilize their full potential. Many of these converters operate in either single-supply or low-supply voltage systems, and attaining the greater signal swing possible increases system performance. The OPx13 family is specified for single 5 V and dual ±15 V operation over the XIND—extended industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C). They are available in PDIP and SOIC surface-mount packages.ApplicationsDigital scales Multimedia Strain gages Battery-powered instrumentation Temperature transducer amplifier

OP400GSZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP400 is the first monolithic quad operational amplifier that features OP77-type performance. Precision performance is not sacrificed with the OP400 to obtain the space and costsavings offered by quad amplifiers. The OP400 features an extremely low input offset voltage of less than 150 μV with a drift of less than 1.2 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP400 is more than 5 million into a 10 kΩ load, input bias current is less than 3 nA, CMR is more than 120 dB, and PSRR is less than 1.8 μV/V. On-chip Zener zap trimming is used to achieve the low input offset voltage of the OP400 and eliminates the need for offset nulling. The OP400 conforms to the industrystandard quad pinout, which does not have null terminals. The OP400 features low power consumption, drawing less than 725 μA per amplifier. The total current drawn by this quad amplifier is less than that of a single OP07, yet the OP400 offers significant improvements over this industry-standard op amp. Voltage noise density of the OP400 is a low 11 nV/√Hz at 10 Hz, half that of most competitive devices. The OP400 is an ideal choice for applications requiring multiple precision operational amplifiers and where low power consumption is critical.

REF03GSZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The REF01 / REF02 / REF03 series of precision voltage references provide a stable 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V output with minimal change in response to variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature or load conditions. The devices are available in 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as 20-terminal LCC packages (883 only), furthering the usability of the devices in both standard and high stress applications. With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP terminal can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM terminal is also provided on the device for fine adjustment of the output voltage. The small footprint, wide supply range, and application versatility make the REF0x series of references ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.Newer designs should use the ADR01 / ADR02 / ADR03 / ADR06 series of references, which offer higher accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range, while maintaining full pin-for-pin compatibility with the REF01 / REF02 / REF03 series. AD5310BRTZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5310 is a single, 10-bit, buffered voltage output DAC that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming 115 μA at 3 V. Its on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing. The AD5310 utilizes a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE®, and DSP interface standards. The reference for AD5310 is derived from the power supply inputs and, therefore, provides the widest dynamic output range. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The part contains a power-down feature, which reduces the current consumption of the device to 200 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The part is put into power-down mode over the serial interface. The low power consumption of this part in normal operation makes it ideally suited for portable, battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 0.7 mW at 5 V, reducing to 1 μW in power-down mode. The AD5310 is one of a family of pin-compatible DACs. The AD5300 is the 8-bit version, and the AD5320 is the 12-bit version. The AD5300 / AD5310 / AD5320 are available in 6-lead SOT-23 packages and 8-lead μSOIC packages.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in 6-lead SOT-23 and 8-lead μSOIC packages. Low power, single supply operation. This part operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and typically consumes 0.35 mW at 3 V and 0.7 mW at 5 V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The on-chip output buffer amplifier allows the output of the DAC to swing rail-to-rail with a slew rate of 1 V/μs. Reference derived from the power supply.
