The ADuM3151/ADuM3152/ADuM3153 are 7-channel, SPIsolator™ digital isolators optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). These channels operate with 13 ns propagation delay and 1 ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI.The ADuM4150 isolator also provides two additional independent low data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels is sampled and serialized for a 250 kbps data rate with 2.5 μs of jitter.The ADuM4150 supports a delay clock output on the master side of the device. The ADuM5410/ADuM5411/ADuM5412 are quad-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, integrated, isolated dc-to-dcconverters. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, the dc-to-dc converters provide regulated, isolated power that is adjustable between 3.15 V and 5.25 V.The ADuM5410/ADuM5411/ADuM5412 eliminate the need for a separate, isolated dc-to-dc converter in low power, isolated designs. The AD4684/AD4685 are 16-bit, dual, simultaneous sampling, high speed, successive approximation register (SAR), analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS for the AD4684 and 500 kSPS for the AD4685. The analog input types are single-ended and are sampled and converted on the falling edge of CS.The AD4684/AD4685 have an on-chip sequencer and integrated on-chip oversampling block to improve dynamic range and reduce noise at lower bandwidths. A buffered internal 2.5 V reference is included. Alternatively, an external reference up to 3.3 V can be used. The ADL8105 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise wideband amplifier that operates from 5 GHz to 20 GHz.The ADL8105 provides a typical gain of 27 dB at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a 1.8 dB typical noise figure from 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30.5 dBm at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, and a saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5 dBm, requiring only 90 mA from a 5 V supply voltage. The power dissipation can be lowered at the expense of OIP3 and output power (POUT). The ADL8105 also features inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50 Ω.
