The ADG1311 / ADG1312 / ADG1313 are monolithic CMOS devices containing four independently selectable switches designed on a CMOS process. The ADG1311 / ADG1312 / ADG1313 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG1311 and ADG1312 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG1311 switches are turned on with Logic 0 on the appropriate control input, while Logic 1 is required for the ADG1312. The ADG1313 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG1311; the logic is inverted on the other two switches. The ADG1313 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked.APPLICATIONS Signal Switching Battery-powered Systems Communication Systems

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG1408/ADG1409 are monolithic iCMOS® analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels and four differential channels, respectively. The ADG1408 switches one of eight inputs to a common output, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and A2. The ADG1409 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output, as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines, A0 and A1. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off.The industrial CMOS (iCMOS) modular manufacturing process combines high voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no other generation of high voltage parts has been able to achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can tolerate high supply voltages while providing increased performance, dramatically lower power consumption, and reduced package size. The ultralow on resistance and on resistance flatness of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion is critical. iCMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments.Product Highlights 4 Ω on resistance. 0.5 Ω on-resistance flatness. 3 V logic compatible digital input, VIH = 2.0 V, VIL = 0.8 V. 16-lead TSSOP and 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP. ADG2128BCPZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG2128 is an analog cross point switch with an array size of 8 × 12. The switch array is arranged so that there are eight columns by 12 rows, for a total of 96 switch channels. The array is bidirectional, and the rows and columns can be configured as either inputs or outputs. Each of the 96 switches can be addressed and configured through the I2C compatible interface. Standard, full speed, and high speed (3.4 MHz) I2C interfaces are supported. Any simultaneous switch combination is allowed. An additional feature of the ADG2128 is that switches can be updated simultaneously, using the LDSW command. In addition, a RESET option allows all of the switch channels to be reset/off. At power-on, all switches are in the off condition. The device is packaged in a 32-lead, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP_VQ.APPLICATIONS AV switching in TV Automotive infotainment AV receivers CCTV Ultrasound applications KVM switching Telecom applications Test equipment/instrumentation PBX systems

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG3233 is a bypass switch designed on a submicron process which operates from supplies as low as1.65 V. The device is guaranteed for operation over the supply range 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It operates from two supplyvoltages allowing bidirectional level translation, that is. it translates low voltages to higher voltages and vice versa. The signal path is unidirectional, meaning data may only flow from A to Y.This type of device may be used in applications that require a bypassing function. It is ideally suited tobypassing devices in a JTAG chain or bypassing devices in a daisy-chain loop. One switch could be used for eachdevice or a number of devices, thus allowing easy bypassing of one or more devices in a chain. This may beparticularly useful in reducing the time overhead in testing devices in the JTAG chain or in daisy-chain applicationswhere the user does not wish to change the settings of a particular device. The bypass switch is packaged in two of the smallest footprints available for its required pin count. The 8-leadSOT-23 package requires only 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm board space, while the MSOP package occupies approximately3 mm x 4.9 mm board area.

The ADG408 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer comprising 8 single channels. The ADG408 switches one of eight inputs to a common output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and A2. An EN input is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF. The ADG408 is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.
