The AD8676 precision operational amplifier offers ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8676 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail- to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8676 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8676 has very low input bias current and low input current noise.With typical offset voltage of only 12 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8676 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Precision instrumentation, PLL and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8676 to maxi-mize SNR and dynamic range.The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8676 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment.The AD8676 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8676 is available in the 8-lead MSOP, and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC; both of which are lead-free packages. The AD9736, AD9735, and AD9734 are high performance, high frequency DACs that provide sample rates of up to 1200 MSPS, permitting multicarrier generation up to their Nyquist frequency. The AD9736 is the 14-bit member of the family, while the AD9735 and the AD9734 are the 12-bit and 10-bit members, respectively. They include a serial peripheral interface (SPI) port that provides for programming of many internal parameters and enables readback of status registers.A reduced-specification LVDS interface is utilized to achieve the high sample rate. The output current can be programmed over a range of 8.66 mA to 31.66 mA. The AD973x family is manufactured on a 0.18 μm CMOS process and operates from 1.8 V and 3.3 V supplies for a total power consumption of 380 mW in bypass mode. The AD9763/AD9765/AD9767 are dual-port, high speed, 2-channel, 10-/12-/14-bit CMOS DACs. Each part integrates two high quality TxDAC+® cores, a voltage reference, and digital interface circuitry into a small 48-lead LQFP. The AD9763/AD9765/AD9767 offer exceptional ac and dc performance while supporting update rates of up to 125 MSPS.The AD9763/AD9765/AD9767 have been optimized for processing I and Q data in communications applications. The digital interface consists of two double-buffered latches as well as control logic. Separate write inputs allow data to be written to the two DAC ports independent of one another. Separate clocks control the update rate of the DACs.A mode control pin allows the AD9763/AD9765/AD9767 to interface to two separate data ports, or to a single interleaved high speed data port. In interleaving mode, the input data stream is demuxed into its original I and Q data and then latched. The I and Q data is then converted by the two DACs and updated at half the input data rate.The GAINCTRL pin allows two modes for setting the full-scale current (IOUTFS) of the two DACs. IOUTFS for each DAC can be set independently using two external resistors, or IOUTFS for both DACs can be set by using a single external resistor. See the Gain Control Mode section for important date code information on this feature.The DACs utilize a segmented current source architecture combined with a proprietary switching technique to reduce glitch energy and maximize dynamic accuracy. Each DAC provides differential current output, thus supporting single-ended or differential applications. Both DACs of the AD9763, AD9765, or AD9767 can be simultaneously updated and can provide a nominal full-scale current of 20 mA. The full-scale currents between each DAC are matched to within 0.1%.The AD9763/AD9765/AD9767 are manufactured on an advanced, low cost CMOS process. The AD9833 is a low power, programmable waveform generator capable of producing sine, triangular, and square wave outputs. Waveform generation is required in various types of sensing, actuation, and time domain reflectometry (TDR) applications. The output frequency and phase are software programmable, allowing easy tuning. No external components are needed. The frequency registers are 28 bits wide: with a 25 MHz clock rate, resolution of 0.1 Hz can be achieved; with a 1 MHz clock rate, the AD9833 can be tuned to 0.004 Hz resolution.The AD9833 is written to via a 3-wire serial interface. This serial interface operates at clock rates up to 40 MHz and is compatible with DSP and microcontroller standards. The device operates with a power supply from 2.3 V to 5.5 V.The AD9833 has a power-down function (SLEEP). This function allows sections of the device that are not being used to be powered down, thus minimizing the current consumption of the part. A disable feature allows for further power conservation by reducing the supply current to 10 μA (typical) when the device is not in use.
