Texas Instruments TMUXHS221LV Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Switch

Features:

  • Compatible with USB 2.0 and eUSB2 LS, FS, and HS physical layers
  • Switch that supports differential signals up to 3Gbps
  • Analog switch that can support most CMOS signals up to 3.3V
  • Data pins are 5V tolerant
  • Low RON of 3Ω at VI/O = 0V
  • High –3dB BW of 3.3GHz
  • Excellent for USB 2.0 or eUSB2 HS signals at 240MHz
    • Insertion loss = –0.4dB
    • Return loss = –22dB
    • Off isolation or cross-talk = –32dB
  • Minimal vertical and horizontal USB 2.0 HS eye attenuation
  • 1.8V supply voltage
  • 1.2V or 1.8V control logic inputs
  • Extended industrial temperature range of –40 to 125°C
  • Small 10-pin 1.8mm × 1.4mm, UQFN package
  • Pin-to-pin and BOM-to-BOM with multiple sources
