The ADXRS800 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) intended for automotive electronic stability control, vehicle rollover detection, and other high performance applications. An advanced, differential, quad-sensor design rejects the influence of linear acceleration, enabling the ADXRS800 to operate in exceedingly harsh environments where shock and vibration are present.The ADXRS800 uses an internal, continuous self-test archi-tecture. The integrity of the electromechanical system is checked by applying a high frequency electrostatic force to the sense structure to generate a rate signal that can be differentiated from the baseband rate data and internally analyzed.The ADXRS800 is capable of sensing an angular rate of up to ?300?/sec. Angular rate data is presented as a 16-bit word, as part of a 32-bit SPI message.The ADXRS800 is available in a cavity plastic SOIC-16 and an SMT-compatible vertical mount package and is capable of operating across both a wide voltage range (3.3 V to 5 V) and temperature range (?40?C to 105?C).APPLICATIONS Electronic stability control High performance platform stabilization

The ADF7023 is a very low power, high performance, highly integrated 2FSK/GFSK/OOK/MSK/GMSK transceiver designed for operation in the 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz frequency bands, which cover the worldwide license-free ISM bands at 433 MHz, 868 MHz, and 915 MHz. It is suitable for circuit applications that operate under the European ETSI EN300-220, the North American FCC (Part 15), the Chinese short-range wireless regulatory standards, or other similar regional standards. Data rates from 1 kbps to 300 kbps are supported.The transmit RF synthesizer contains a VCO and a low noise fractional-N PLL with an output channel frequency resolution of 400 Hz. The VCO operates at 2? or 4?, the fundamental frequency to reduce spurious emissions. The receive and transmit synthesizer bandwidths are automatically, and independently, configured to achieve optimum phase noise, modulation quality, and settling time. The transmitter output power is programmable from ?20 dBm to +13.5 dBm, with automatic PA ramping to meet transient spurious specifications. The part possesses both single-ended and differential PAs, which allows for Tx antenna diversity.The receiver is exceptionally linear, achieving an IP3 specification of ?12.2 dBm and ?11.5 dBm at maximum gain and minimum gain, respectively, and an IP2 specification of 18.5 dBm and 27 dBm at maximum gain and minimum gain, respectively. The receiver achieves an interference blocking specification of 66 dB at ?2 MHz offset and 74 dB at ?10 MHz offset. Thus, the part is extremely resilient to the presence of interferers in spectrally noisy environments. The receiver features a novel, high speed, automatic frequency control (AFC) loop, allowing the PLL to find and correct any RF frequency errors in the recovered packet.A patent pending, image rejection calibration scheme is available through a program download. The algorithm does not require the use of an external RF source nor does it require any user intervention once initiated. The LT3781 controller simplifies the design of high power synchronous dual transistor forward DC/DC converters. The part employs fixed frequency current mode control and supports both isolated and nonisolated topologies. The IC drives external N-channel power MOSFETs and operates with input voltages up to 72V.The LT3781 is ideal for output derived power schemes, through the use of a large undervoltage lockout hysteresis range. The buck regulator has a programmable output range of 0.7V to 2.00V which is set with an internal 6-bit DAC via the I2C interface. The initial start-up voltage is set to 1.35V but can be change by changing feedback resistors R4 and R5.

Demonstration circuit 2374A is a multi-chemistry battery charger with optional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) featuring the LTC4013. The LTC4013 has configurable 3 stage and 4 stage lead acid and Li-Ion battery algorithms in addition to 2 stage CC/CV charge cycles. The DC2374A is set up to operate from a 21.5V to 35V supply or from a solar panel and charges a six cell lead acid battery at 5A. It also can be configured to operate down to 5V. There are optional input and output capacitors plus large inductor pads and parallel top and bottom FET pads to allow high power charging. The operating frequency, charge voltage, low battery (LB) voltage setting and timing are configurable with external resistors and a capacitor. The different charging algorithms are jumper-selectable, set by two tri-state mode pins and the TIMER pin.

The AD4030-24 is a 2 MSPS successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with Easy Drive?. With a guaranteed maximum ?0.9 ppm integral nonlinearity (INL) and no missing codes at 24-bits, the AD4030-24 achieves unparalleled precision from ?40?C to +125?C. Figure 1 in the data sheet shows the functional architecture of the AD4030-24.A low-drift, internal precision reference buffer eases voltage reference sharing with other system circuitry. The AD4030-24 offers a typical dynamic range of 109 dB when using a 5 V reference. The low noise floor enables signal chains requiring less gain and lower power. A block averaging filter with programmable decimation ratio can increase dynamic range up to 155.5 dB. The wide differential input and common mode ranges allow inputs to use the full ?VREF range without saturating, simplifying signal conditioning requirements and system calibration. The improved settling of the Easy Drive analog inputs broadens the selection of analog front-end components compatible with the AD4030-24. Both single-ended and differential signals are supported.The versatile Flexi-SPI serial peripheral interface (SPI) eases host processor and ADC integration. A wide data clocking window, multiple SDO lanes, and optional DDR data clocking can reduce the serial clock to 10 MHz while operating at a sample rate of 2 MSPS. The ADXRS642 is a complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that uses the Analog Devices, Inc., surface-micromachining process to make a functionally complete and low cost angular rate sensor integrated with all of the required electronics on one chip. The manufacturing technique for this device is a patented high volume BiMOS process with years of proven field reliability.The ADXRS642 is an industrial grade gyroscope that is 100% pin, package, temperature, and function compatible with the ADXRS622 and ADXRS652, while offering enhanced vibration rejection.The output signal, RATEOUT (1B, 2A), is a voltage proportional to angular rate about the axis normal to the top surface of the package. The measurement range is a minimum of ?250?/s. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. Other external capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits.
