The HMC853LC3 is a D-Type Flip-Flop designed to support data transmission rates of up to 28 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 28 GHz. During normal operation, data is transferred to the outputs on the positive edge of the clock. Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications.All differential inputs to the HMC853LC3 are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 ? to the positive supply, VCC, and may be AC or DC coupled. The differential CML outputs are source terminated to 50 ??and may also be AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 ??VCC-terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 ??to ground. The HMC874LC3C is a SiGe monolithic, ultra fast comparator which features reduced swing PECL output drivers and clock inputs. The comparator supports 20 Gbps operation while providing 120 ps clock to data output delay and 60 ps minimum pulse width with 0.2 ps rms random jitter (RJ). 25 Gbps operation can be achieved with reduced output voltage swing. Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically 10 ps, making the device ideal for a wide range of applications from ATE to broadband communications. The reduced swing PECL output stages are designed to directly drive 400 mV into 50 ? terminated to +1.3V while maintaining compatibility with other PECL logic families. The amplifier provides 15 dB of gain, 1.8 dB noise figure up to 12 GHz and output IP3 of +25 dBm, while requiring only 45 mA from a +4V supply voltage. The Psat output power of up to +15 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite's balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC772LC4 also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for SMT based high capacity microwave radio applications. The LT3799-1 is an isolated flyback controller with power factor correction specifically designed for driving LEDs. The controller operates using critical conduction mode allowing the use of a small transformer. Using a novel current sensing scheme, the controller is able to deliver a well regulated current to the secondary side without using an opto-coupler. A strong gate driver is included to drive an external high voltage MOSFET. Utilizing an onboard multiplier, the LT3799-1 typically achieves power factors of 0.97. The FAULT pin provides notification of open and short LED conditions. The LT3799-1 offers improved line regulation over the LT3799, but is not designed for use with a TRIAC dimmer.The LT3799-1 uses a micropower hysteretic start-up to efficiently operate at offline input voltages, with a third winding to provide power to the part. The demo board operates from a 6V to 36V input and is configured so the switching regulator provides an output that also powers the LDOs. The LDOs in turn provide three outputs – one from a single LDO and two outputs each formed by paralleling two LDOs together.
