The LTC3588-2 integrates a low-loss full-wave bridge rectifier with a high efficiency buck converter to form a complete energy harvesting solution optimized for high output impedance energy sources such as piezoelectric, solar, or magnetic transducers.An ultralow quiescent current undervoltage lockout (UVLO) mode with a 16V rising threshold enables efficient energy extraction from sources with high open circuit voltages. This energy is transferred from the input capacitor to the output via a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator. The 16V UVLO threshold also allows for input to output current multiplication through the buck regulator. The buck features a sleep state that minimizes both input and output quiescent currents while in regulation.Four output voltages of 3.45V, 4.1V, 4.5V and 5.0V are pin selectable with up to 100mA of continuous output current, and suit Li-Ion and LiFePO4 batteries as well as supercapacitors. An input protective shunt set at 20V provides overvoltage protection. The LTC3620 is a high efficiency, synchronous buck regulator, suitable for very low power, very small footprint applications powered by a single Li-Ion battery.The internal synchronous switches increase efficiency and eliminate the need for external Schottky diodes. Low output voltages are easily supported by the 0.6V feedback reference voltage. The LTC3620-1 option is internally programmed to provide a 1.1V output.The LTC3620 uses a unique variable frequency architecture to minimize power loss and achieve high efficiency. The switching frequency is proportional to the load current, and an internal frequency clamp forces a minimum switching frequency at light loads to minimize noise in the audio range. The user can program the frequency of this clamp by applying an external clock to the FMIN/MODE pin.The battery status output, LOBATB, indicates when the input voltage drops below 3V. The LTC2942 measures battery charge state, battery voltage and chip temperature in handheld PC and portable product applications. Its operating range is perfectly suited for single-cell Li-Ion batteries. A precision coulomb counter integrates current through a sense resistor between the battery?s positive terminal and the load or charger. Battery voltage and on-chip temperature are measured with an internal 14-bit No Latency ??? ADC. The three measured quantities (charge, voltage and temperature) are stored in internal registers accessible via the on-board SMBus/I2C interface.The LTC2942 features programmable high and low thresholds for all three measured quantities. If a programmed threshold is exceeded, the device communicates an alert using either the SMBus alert protocol or by setting a flag in the internal status register.The LTC2942 requires only a single low value sense resistor to set the measured current range. The LTC2392-16 is a low noise, high speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a single 5V supply, the LTC2392-16 supports a large ?4.096V fully differential input range, making it ideal for high performance applications which require maximum dynamic range. The LTC2392-16 achieves ?2LSB INL max, no missing codes at 16-bits and 94dB SNR (typ). The LTC2392-16 includes a precision internal reference with a guaranteed 0.5% initial accuracy and a ?20ppm/?C (max) temperature coefficient. Fast 500ksps throughput with no cycle latency in both parallel and serial interface modes makes the LTC2392-16 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2268-14/LTC2267-14/LTC2266-14 are 2-channel, simultaneous sampling 14-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. They are perfect for demanding communications applications with AC performance that includes 73.1dB SNR and 88dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Ultralow jitter of 0.15psRMS allows undersampling of IF frequencies with excellent noise performance. DC specs include ?1LSB INL (typ), ?0.3LSB DNL (typ) and no missing codes over temperature. The transition noise is a low 1.2LSBRMS. The digital outputs are serial LVDS to minimize the number of data lines. Each channel outputs two bits at a time (2-lane mode). At lower sampling rates there is a one bit per channel option (1-lane mode). The LVDS drivers have optional internal termination and adjustable output levels to ensure clean signal integrity. The ENC+ and ENC? inputs may be driven differentially or single-ended with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or CMOS inputs. An internal clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed for a wide range of clock duty cycles.
