The HMC8200LP5ME is a highly integrated intermediatefrequency (IF) transmitter chip that converts the industrystandard 300 MHz to 400 MHz IF input signals to an 800 MHz to4000 MHz single-ended radio frequency (RF) signal at its output.The IF transmitter chip is housed in a compact 5 mm ? 5 mmLFCSP package and supports complex modulations up to1024 QAM.
