The LTC2492 is a 4-channel (2-channel differential), 24-bit, No Latency ??? ADC with Easy Drive technology. The patented sampling scheme eliminates dynamic input current errors and the shortcomings of on-chip buffering through automatic cancellation of differential input current. This allows large external source impedances and rail-to-rail input signals to be directly digitized while maintaining exceptional DC accuracy. The LTC2492 includes a high accuracy temperature sensor and an integrated oscillator. This device can be configured to measure an external signal (from combinations of 4 analog input channels operating in single-ended or differential modes) or its internal temperature sensor. It can be programmed to reject line frequencies of 50Hz, 60Hz, or simultaneous 50Hz/60Hz and configured to double its output rate. The integrated temperature sensor offers 1/30th?C resolution and 2?C absolute accuracy. The LTC2492 allows a wide common mode input range (0V to VCC), independent of the reference voltage. The LTC2323-14 is a low noise, high speed dual 14-bit + sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2323-14 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications which require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2323-14 achieves ?1LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 14 bits and 80dB SNR.The LTC2323-14 has an on-board low drift (20ppm/?C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. The LTC2323-14 also has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one-cycle latency makes the LTC2323-14 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. The LTC2323-14 dissipates only 38mW per channel and offers nap and sleep modes to reduce the power consumption to 5?W for further power savings during inactive periods. The AD9559 generates an output clock synchronized to up to four external input references. The AD7329 is an 8-Channel, 12-Bit Plus Sign Successive Approximation ADC. The ADC has a high-speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The ADC has a high-speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 250 kSPS.The AD7329 can accept True Bipolar Analog input signals. The Ad7329 has four software selectable ranges, ?10 V, ?5 V, ?2.5 V and 0 to 10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the input ranges by setting the appropriate bits in the Range Registers.The Analog Input Channels can be configured as single ended, fully differential or pseudo differential. Dedicated Control Register bits are used to configure the Analog inputs.The ADC contains a 2.5 V Internal reference. The AD7329 also allows for external Reference operation. If a 3 V external reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the ADC can handle a True Bipolar ? 12 V Analog input range. VDD and VSS supplies of ? 12 V are required for this ? 12 V input range.The AD7329 has multiplexer output pins and ADC input pins. These allow the user to insert buffers, differential amplifiers or antialiasing filters, if required, between the Multiplexer and the ADC.
