The HMC505LP4(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with an integrated resonator, negative resistance device, varactor diode, and buffer amplifier. Covering 6.8 to 7.4 GHz, the VCO?s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock and vibration due to the oscillator?s monolithic structure. Power output is +11 dBm typical from a single supply of +3V @ 80 mA. The AD5671R/AD5675R are low power, octal, 12-/16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). They include a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/?C internal reference (enabled by default) and a gain select pin giving a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). The devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The AD5671R/AD5675R are available in a 20-lead TSSOP and in a 20-lead LFCSP and incorporate a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remain there until a valid write. This product is designed for sampling wide bandwidth analog signals up to the second Nyquist zone. The combination of wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, and excellent linearity of the AD9625 is ideally suited for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and a wide assortment of military electronics applications, such as radar and jamming/antijamming measures.The analog input, clock, and SYSREF? signals are differential inputs. The ADV7390?/?ADV7391?/?ADV7392?/ ADV7393?are a family of high speed, digital-to-analog video encoders on single monolithic chips. Three 2.7 V/3.3 V, 10-bit video DACs (a single DAC for the WLCSP package) provide support for composite (CVBS), S-Video (Y-C), or component (YPrPb/RGB) analog outputs in either standard definition (SD) or high definition (HD) video formats. The single DAC WLCSP package supports CVBS (NTSC and PAL) output only in SD resolution (see Table 2).Optimized for low power operation, occupying a minimal footprint, and requiring few external components, these encoders are ideally suited to portable and power-sensitive applications requiring TV-out functionality. Cable detection and DAC auto power-down features ensure that power consumption is kept to a minimum.The ADV7390 / ADV7391 have an 8-bit video input port that supports SD video formats over an SDR interface and HD video formats over a DDR interface. The ADV7392 / ADV7393 have a 16-bit video input port that can be configured in a variety of ways. SD RGB input is supported.All members of the family support embedded EAV/SAV timing codes, external video synchronization signals, and the I2C? and communication protocol. Demonstration circuit 2290A features the LTC2387 family. With up to 15Msps, these differential input, single channel, 18-/16-Bit, serial, high speed successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs are available in a 32-Pin QFN package. The LTC2387 family has an internal 20ppm/°C reference and a serial LVDS interface. The demo manual refers to the LTC2387 but applies to all members of the family, the only difference being the sample rate and the number of bits. The DC2290A demonstrates the AC performance of the LTC2387 in conjunction with the DC718 data collection board. Differential amplifier demo boards are available separately that provide amplification of low level differential signals if required. Alternatively, by connecting the DC2290A into a customer application the performance of the LTC2387 can be evaluated directly in that circuit.

ADXL367 Breakout Board

The EVAL-ADXL367Z is a simple breakout board that enables easy connection of an ADXL367 into an existing system. The ADXL367 is a nanowatt, 3-axis, digital-output accelerometer whose industry leading low power consumption and built-in features make it ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. Due to its small size, the EVAL-ADXL367Z has minimal effect on performance of the system and of the accelerometer, and thus it is ideal for evaluation of the ADXL367 in an existing system. Note that the ADXL367 must be communicated with digitally via SPI or I2C. No processor is included with the EVAL-ADXL367Z; firmware must be supplied externally by the user.
