In interleaving mode, the input datastream is demuxed into its original I and Q data and then latched. The device incorporatestwo integrated, high speed 10-bit DACs with excellent widebandand narrow-band SFDR. Each channel has a dedicated 32-bitfrequency tuning word, 14 bits of phase offset, and a 10-bitoutput scale multiplier.The DAC outputs are supply referenced and must be terminatedinto AVDD by a resistor or an AVDD center-tappedtransformer. Each DAC has its own programmable reference toenable different full-scale currents for each channel.The DDS acts as a high resolution frequency divider with theREFCLK as the input and the DAC providing the output. TheREFCLK input source is common to both channels and can bedriven directly or used in combination with an integratedREFCLK multiplier (PLL) up to a maximum of 500 MSPS. The ADA2200 is a synchronous demodulator and configurable analog filter designed to perform precision magnitude and phase measurements in low power, sensor signal conditioning and data acquisition applications for the industrial, medical, and communications markets. Implemented with ADI?s patent pending sampled analog technology (SAT), the ADA2200 is an analog input, sampled analog output device that includes an analog domain, low-pass 1/8x decimation finite impulse response (FIR) filter, a configurable infinite impulse response (IIR) filter, mixer with 0?/90? phase selection, reference clock and ADC driver output. Utilizing sampled analog technology, the signal processing is performed entirely in the analog domain by charge sharing among capacitors, which eliminates the effects of quantization noise and rounding errors and reduces downstream ADC sample rates while also offloading computationally heavy tasks from the digital processor or micro-controller.The ADA2200 acts as a precision filter when the demodulation function is disabled. The filter has a programmable bandwidth and tunable center frequency. The filter characteristics are highly stable over temperature, supply, and process variation.Single-ended and differential signal interfaces are possible on both input and output terminals, simplifying the connection to other components of the signal chain. The low power consumption and rail-to-rail operation is ideal for battery-powered and low voltage systems.The ADA2200 can be programmed over its SPI-compatible serial port or can automatically boot from the EEPROM through its I2C interface. The ADA4950-1/ADA4950-2 are gain-selectable versions of the ADA4932-1/ADA4932-2 with on-chip feedback and gain resistors with on-chip feedback and gain resistors. It is an ideal choice for driving high performance ADCs as a single-ended-to-differential or differential-to-differential amplifier. The output common-mode voltage is user adjustable by means of an internal common-mode feedback loop, allowing the ADA4950-x output to match the input of the ADC. The internal feedback loop also provides exceptional output balance as well as suppression of even-order harmonic distortion products.Differential gain configurations of 1, 2, and 3 are easily realized with internal feedback networks that are connected externally to set the closed-loop gain of the amplifier.The ADA4950-1/ADA4950-2 are fabricated using the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary silicon-germanium (SiGe) complementary bipolar process, enabling them to achieve low levels of distortion and noise at low power consumption. The low offset and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4950-x make it well suited for a wide variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications.The ADA4950-x is available in a Pb-free, 3 mm ? 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP (ADA4950-1, single) or a Pb-free 4 mm ? 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP (ADA4950-2, dual). The pinout has been optimized to facilitate PCB layout and minimize distortion.
