The LTC6820 provides bidirectional SPI communications between two isolated devices through a single twisted-pair connection. Each LTC6820 encodes logic states into signals that are transmitted across an isolation barrier to another LTC6820. The receiving LTC6820 decodes the transmission and drives the slave bus to the appropriate logic states. The isolation barrier can be bridged by a simple pulse transformer to achieve hundreds of volts of isolation.The LTC6820 drives differential signals using matched source and sink currents, eliminating the requirement for a transformer center tap and reducing EMI. Precision window comparators in the receiver detect the differential signals. The drive currents and the comparator thresholds are set by a simple external resistor divider, allowing the system to be optimized for required cable lengths and desired signal-to-noise performance.Applications Industrial Networking Battery Monitoring Systems Remote Sensors

The HMC220B is an ultraminiature, double-balanced mixer in an 8-lead mini small outline package with exposed pad (MINI_SO_EP). This fundamental, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) mixer is constructed of gallium arsenide (GaAs) Schottky diodes and planar transformer baluns on the chip.The device can be used as an upconverter, downconverter, biphase demodulator, or phase comparator from 5 GHz to 12 GHz. The HMC220B provides excellent local oscillator (LO) to radio frequency (RF) and LO to intermediate frequency (IF) isolation due to optimized balun structures and operates as low as 7 dBm. HMC425ALP3E are broadband 6-bit GaAs IC digital attenuators in low cost leadless surfacemount packages. Covering 2.2 GHz to 8.0 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 4.5 dB typical. Theattenuator bit values are 0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16 dB for a total attenuation of 31.5 dB. Attenuationaccuracy is excellent at ? 0.5 dB typical step error with an IIP3 of +40 dBm. Six control voltage inputs,toggled between 0 and +3 to +5V, are used to select each attenuation state. The HMC521ALC4 is a compact, gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), inphase quadrature (I/Q) mixer in a RoHS compliant, 24-terminal ceramic leadless chip carrier (LCC) package. This device can be used as either an image reject mixer or a single sideband upconverter. The mixer uses two standard, double balanced mixer cells and a 90? hybrid coupler fabricated in a GaAs, metal?semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET) process. The HMC1034LP6GE is a low-noise, wide-band clock generator IC with a fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The device provides differential clock outputs between 125MHz and 3GHz range. The HMC1034LP6GE features low noise Phase Detector (PD) and Delta-Sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100MHz, permit wider loop-bandwidths with excellent spectral performance.The HMC1034LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and jitter performance, across the operating range, that enable it to improve link level jitter performance, Bit-Error-Rates (BER) and eye diagram metrics. The AD2S1200 is a complete 12-bit resolution tracking resolver-to-digital converter, integrating an on-board programmable sinusoidal oscillator that provides sine wave excitation for resolvers. An external 8.192 MHz crystal is required to provide precision time reference. This clock is internally divided to generate a 4.096 MHz clock to drive all the peripherals.The converter accepts 3.6 VP-P ?10% input signals, in the range of 10 kHz to 20 kHz on the Sin and Cos inputs. A Type II servo loop is employed to track the inputs and convert the input Sin and Cos information into a digital representation of the input angle and velocity. The bandwidth of the converter is set internally to 1.7 kHz with an external 8.192 MHz crystal. The maximum tracking rate is 1,000 rps.
