The HMC1032LP6GE is a low-noise, wide-band clock generator IC with a fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The device provides differential clock outputs between 125 and 350 MHz range. The HMC1032LP6GE features low noise Phase Detector (PD) and Delta-Sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100 MHz, permit wider loop-bandwidths with excellent spectral performance.The HMC1032LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and jitter performance, across the operating range, that enable it to improve link level jitter performance, Bit-Error-Rates (BER) and eye diagram metrics. The superior noise floor (<-165 dBc/Hz) makes the HMC1032LP6GE an ideal source for a variety of applications ?such as clock references for high speed data converters, physical layer devices (PHY), serializer/deserializer (SERDES) circuits, FPGAs and processors. The HMC1032LP6GE can also be used as reference clock and LO for 1G/10G Ethernet line cards as well as jitter attenuation and frequency translation.The differential output of the HMC1032LP6GE includes a 2-bit output amplitude control which may be set via the SPI serial programming interface, and an output Mute function. The LTC4126 is a low-power wireless single-cell Li-Ion battery charger with an integrated step-down DC/DC regulator. The step-down regulator is a low-noise multi-mode charge pump which is powered from the battery and provides a regulated 1.2V at the output. The switching frequency is set to either 50kHz or 75kHz depending on the mode to keep any switching noise out of the audible range.The LTC4126 charger is a full-featured constant-current constant-voltage Li-Ion battery charger with automatic recharge, automatic termination by safety timer, and battery temperature monitoring via an NTC pin. Charge current is fixed at 7.5mA with a 6-hour termination timer. The LTC9101-1/LTC9102/LTC9103 chipset is a 48-port power sourcing equipment (PSE) controller designed for use in IEEE 802.3at Type 2, 802.3bt Type 3 and 4 compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems. The LTC9101-1/LTC9102/LTC9103 is designed to power compliant 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt PDs. The LTC9101-1/LTC9102/LTC9103 chipset delivers lowest-in-industry heat dissipation by utilizing low-RDS(ON) external MOSFETs and 0.1? sense resistance per power channel. A transformer-isolated communication protocol replaces expensive opto-couplers and complex isolated 3.3V supply, resulting in significant BOM cost savings.Advanced power management features include per-port 14?bit current/power monitoring, programmable current/power limits, and versatile fast shut-down of preselected ports. An advanced power management host software layer is available. PD detection uses a proprietary multipoint detection mechanism ensuring excellent immunity from false PD identification. Integrated DSM can generate frequencies with nearly 0 Hz frequency error. The DSM also includes a built-in programmable frequency sweep capability, with various automatic and user defined sweep modes and triggering options, including hardware trigger pin, or SPI trigger with optional delayed trigger.HMC983LP5E is a versatile part capable of various configurations. The LTC6563 TIA?s low noise, wide linear range, and low power dissipation are ideal for LIDAR receivers using Avalanche photodiodes (APDs) and photodiodes (PDs). The amplifier features selectable 22.2/16.7/11.1/5.55k? Transimpedance gain (RT) and 90?A linear input current range. Using an APD with a total input capacitance of 0.5pF, the input current noise density is 1.8pA/?Hz at 100MHz and 3.7pA/?Hz at 600MHz. The LTC6563 consumes between 194mW and 325mW on a 3.3V supply depending on output mode. An internal 4-to-1 MUX simplifies the system design. In addition, external multiplexing capability allows channel expansion up to 64 channels, saving space and power. Fast overload recovery and fast channel switchover make the LTC6563 well suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. The built-in high-speed differential ADC driver can swing as much as 2VP-P while driving into 100? external differential load.
