The LTC6101/LTC6101HV are versatile, high voltage, high side current sense amplifiers. Design flexibility is provided by the excellent device characteristics; 300?V Max offset and only 375?A (typical at 60V) of current consumption. The LTC6101 operates on supplies from 4V to 60V and LTC6101HV operates on supplies from 5V to 100V.The LTC6101 monitors current via the voltage across an external sense resistor (shunt resistor). Internal circuitry converts input voltage to output current, allowing for a small sense signal on a high common mode voltage to be translated into a ground referenced signal. Low DC offset allows the use of a small shunt resistor and large gain-setting resistors. As a result, power loss in the shunt is reduced.The wide operating supply range and high accuracy make the LTC6101 ideal for a large array of applications from automotive to industrial and power management. A maximum input sense voltage of 500mV allows a wide range of currents to be monitored. The fast response makes the LTC6101 the perfect choice for load current warnings and shutoff protection control. The ADL5380 is a broadband quadrature I-Q demodulator that covers an RF/IF input frequency range from 400 MHz to 6 GHz. With a NF = 10.9 dB, IP1dB = 11.6 dBm, and IIP3 = 29.7 dBm @ 900 MHz, the ADL5380 demodulator offers outstanding dynamic range suitable for the demanding infrastructure direct-conversion requirements. The differential RF inputs provide a well-behaved broadband input impedance of 50 ? and are best driven from a 1:1 balun for optimum performance.Excellent demodulation accuracy is achieved with amplitude and phase balances of ~0.07 dB and ~0.2?, respectively. The demodulated in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) differential outputs are fully buffered and provide a voltage conversion gain of ~7 dB. The buffered baseband outputs are capable of driving a 2 Vp-p differential signal into 200 ?.The fully balanced design minimizes effects from second-order distortion. The leakage from the LO port to the RF port is 65 dBm.The ADL5380 operates off a single 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. The combination of a wide, 500 MHz envelope bandwidth and a fast, 0.6 ns rise time makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications, including wideband envelope tracking, transmitter local oscillator (LO) leakage corrections, and high resolution pulse (radar) detection.The response of the ADL6012 is stable over a wide frequency range and features excellent temperature stability.
