LT1964ES56 Demo Board | Negative Low Noise LDO Regulator, -2.3V ≤ VIN ≤ -20V, VOUT = -1.22V/-5V @ 200mA

Demonstration circuit DC437 is a low noise negative micropower voltage regulator using the LT1964 low dropout linear regulator, which comes in a tiny 5-Pin SOT-23 package. The DC437 has an input voltage range from –2.3V to –20V, and is capable of delivering up to 200mA of output current. There are two circuits on this demo board: one uses the LT1964ES5-BYP which allows the internal reference to be bypassed to reduced output voltage noise, and the other uses the LT1964ES5-SD which has the shutdown feature. The output voltage is jumper-selectable and can be set to -1.22V, -5V or a user-determined value.

The DC500 has an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and is capable of delivering up to 600 mA of output current at minimum input voltage of 3V. The DC500A-B features the 1.5V fixed output, Burst Mode-capable LTC3406-1.5.

Demonstration circuit 561 is a high current stepdown PolyPhaseTM converter featuring the LTC3731 three-phase synchronous buck controller. The input voltage is from 10V to 14V and output is 1.5V. DC561A-A can provide up to 180A output current with a 12-phase buck circuit, while DC561A-B is a 6-phase buck converter with up to 90A output current. An optional VID controller circuit is available on both DC561A-A and DC561A-B demo circuits for output voltage programming.
