The AD7912 / AD7922 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high speed, low power, 2-channel, successive-approximation ADCs respectively. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The parts contain a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part.The channel to be converted is selected through the DIN pin and the mode of operation is controlled by CS. The serial data stream from the DOUT pin has a channel identifier bit and a mode identifier bit, which provide information about the channel converted and the current mode of operation.As a result of the Daisy Chain mode of operation, several AD7912 / AD7922 can be connected together in Daisy Chain configuration. The Daisy Chain mode allows the user to read the conversion result from the ADCs contained in the chain.The AD7912 / AD7922 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughputrates.The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK signal.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 2-channel, 1 MSPS, 10-/12-bit ADCs in TSOT package. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock. The parts also feature a power-down mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Average power consumption is reduced when the power-down mode is used while not converting. Current consumption is 1 µA maximum and 50 nA typically when in power-down mode. Daisy-chain mode. No pipeline delay. The AD8022 consists of two low noise, high speed, voltage feedback amplifiers. Each amplifier consumes only 4.0 mA of quiescent current, yet has only 2.5 nV/√Hz of voltage noise. These dual amplifiers provide wideband, low distortion performance, with high output current optimized for stability when driving capacitive loads. Manufactured on ADI's high voltage generation of XFCB bipolar process, the AD8022 operates on a wide range of supply voltages. The AD8022 is available in both an 8-lead MSOP and an 8-lead SOIC. Fast over voltage recovery and wide bandwidth make the AD8022 ideal as the receive channel front end to an ADSL, VDSL, or proprietary xDSL transceiver design.In an xDSL line interface circuit, the AD8022's op amps can be configured as the differential receiver from the line transformer or as independent active filters.

On the ADM692A / ADM802M / ADM805M, the reset voltage threshold is 4.40 V.The ADM802L / ADM802M guarantee power fail accuracies to ±2%.

Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 is minimized.The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 XFET references are low noise solutions for 5 V systems.The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 family has the capability to source up to 30 mA of output current and sink up to −20 mA. This amplifier has ultralow offset, drift, and bias current. The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 are wide bandwidth auto-zero amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing and low noise. Operation is fully specified from 2.7 V to 5 V single supply (±1.35 V to ±2.5 V dual supply).The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 provide benefits previously found only in expensive auto-zeroing or chopper-stabilized amplifiers. Using Analog Devices, Inc., topology, these zero-drift amplifiers combine low cost with high accuracy and low noise. No external capacitor is required. In addition, the AD8628/ AD8629/AD8630 greatly reduce the digital switching noise found in most chopper-stabilized amplifiers.With an offset voltage of only 1 μV, drift of less than 0.005 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.5 μV p-p (0 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8628/ AD8629/AD8630 are suited for applications where error sources cannot be tolerated. Position and pressure sensors, medical equipment, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from nearly zero drift over their operating temperature range. Many systems can take advantage of the rail-to-rail input and output swings provided by the AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 to reduce input biasing complexity and maximize SNR.The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 are specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8628 is available in tiny 5-lead TSOT, 5-lead SOT-23, and 8-lead narrow SOIC plastic packages. The AD8629 is available in the standard 8-lead narrow SOIC and MSOP plastic packages.
