The AD7441 / AD7451 are, respectively, 10-/12-bit high speed, low power, single-supply, successive approximation (SAR), analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that feature a pseudo differential analog input. These parts operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS.The AD7441 / AD7451 contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential track-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that handles input frequencies up to 3.5 MHz. The reference voltage for these devices is applied externally to the VREF pin and can range from 100 mV to VDD, depending on the power supply and what suits the application.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using overbar: CS and the serial clock, allowing the device to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signals are sampled on the falling edge of overbar: CS when the conversion is initiated. The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers offering ease of use and low cost. They have a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. All have a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7 V.Despite being low cost, the AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 provide excellent overall performance. For video applications, their differential gain and phase errors are 0.01% and 0.04° into a 150 Ω load, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 30 MHz. Addi-tionally, they offer wide bandwidth to 300 MHz along with 650 V/μs slew rate.The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 offer a typical low power of 6.8 mA/amplifier, while being capable of delivering up to 50 mA of load current. The AD8063 has a power-down disable feature that reduces the supply current to 400 μA. The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. These amplifiers are developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7.0 nV/√Hz and 0.6 fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance.With a wide supply voltage range from 5 V to 24 V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145 MHz, the AD8065/AD8066 are designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs.Despite the low cost, the amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. The differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 7 MHz, make these amplifiers ideal for video applications. Additionally, they offer a high slew rate of 180 V/µs, excellent distortion (SFDR of −88 dBc @ 1 MHz), extremely high common-mode rejection of −100 dB, and a low input offset voltage of 1.5 mV maximum under warmed up conditions. The AD8065/AD8066 operate using only a 6.4 mA/amplifier typical supply current and are capable of delivering up to 30 mA of load current.The AD8065/AD8066 are high performance, high speed, FET input amplifiers available in small packages: SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and SOT-23-5. The ADP1882 / ADP1883 are versatile current-mode, synchronous step-down controllers that provide superior transient response, optimal stability, and current-limit protection by using a constant on-time, pseudo-fixed frequency with a programmable current-limit, current-control scheme. In addition, these devices offer optimum performance at low duty cycles by using valley current-mode control architecture.
