AD8250ARMZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8250 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has GΩ input impedance, low output noise, and low distortion making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has a high bandwidth of 10 MHz, low THD of −110 dB and fast settling time of 615 ns (maximum) to 0.001%. Offset drift and gain drift are guaranteed to 1.7 μV/°C and 10 ppm/°C, respectively, for G = 10. In addition to its wide input common voltage range, it boasts a high common-mode rejection of 80 dB at G = 1 from dc to 50 kHz. The combination of precision dc performance coupled with high speed capabilities makes the AD8250 an excellent candidate for data acquisition. Furthermore, this monolithic solution simplifies design and manufacturing and boosts performance of instrumentation by maintaining a tight match of internal resistors and amplifiers. The AD8250 user interface consists of a parallel port that allows users to set the gain in one of two ways (see Figure 1). A 2-bit word sent via a bus can be latched using the WR input. An alternative is to use the transparent gain mode where the state of the logic levels at the gain port determines the gain. The AD8250 is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range, making it an excellent solution for applications where size and packing density are important considerations.ApplicationsData acquisitionBiomedical analysisTest and measurement

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8275 is a G=0.2 difference amplifier that can be used totranslate +/-10V signals to a +4V level. It solves the problemtypically encountered in industrial and instrumentation where+/-10V signals must be interfaced to a single supply 4V or 5VADC. The AD8275 interfaces the two signal levels, simplifyingdesign. The AD8275 has fast settling time of 450 ns and low distortion, making it suitable for driving medium speed successive approximation(SAR) ADCs. Its wide input voltage range and rail-torailoutputs make it an easy to use building block. Single-supplyoperation reduces the power consumption of the amplifier andhelps to protect the ADC from overdrive conditions. Internal, matched, precision laser-trimmed resistors ensurelow gain error, low gain drift of 1 ppm/°C (maximum), andhigh common-mode rejection of 80 dB. Low offset and lowoffset drift, combined with its fast settling time, make theAD8275 suitable for a variety of data acquisition applicationswhere accurate and quick capture is required. The AD8275 can be used as an analog front end, or it can followbuffers to level translate high voltages to a voltage range acceptedby the ADC. In addition, the AD8275 can be configured fordifferential outputs if used with a differential ADC. The AD8275 is available in a space-saving, 8-lead MSOP and is specified for performance over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range.ApplicationsLevel TranslatorADC DriverInstrumentation Amplifier Building BlockAutomated test equipment

ADA4505-2ARMZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4 are single, dual, and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Employing a new circuit technology, these low cost amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and very low bias current, while operating with a supply current of less than 10 μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the ADA4505-x amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail op amp.Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation and consumer equipment, hazard detectors (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the ADA4505-x amplifiers. The ADA4505-x family is specified for both the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4505-1 single amplifier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23. The ADA4505-2 dual amplifier is available in a standard 8-lead MSOP and a 8-ball WLCSP. The ADA4505-4 quad amplifier is available in a 14-lead TSSOP and a 14-ball WLCSP.The ADA4505-x family is a member of a growing series of zero crossover op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the AD8506/AD8508, which also operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Applications Pressure and position sensors Remote security Medical monitors Battery-powered consumer equipment Hazard detectors

AD7912ARMZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7912 / AD7922 are 10-bit and 12-bit, high speed, low power, 2-channel, successive-approximation ADCs respectively. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The parts contain a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. The channel to be converted is selected through the DIN pin and the mode of operation is controlled by CS. The serial data stream from the DOUT pin has a channel identifier bit and a mode identifier bit, which provide information about the channel converted and the current mode of operation. As a result of the Daisy Chain mode of operation, several AD7912 / AD7922 can be connected together in Daisy Chain configuration. The Daisy Chain mode allows the user to read the conversion result from the ADCs contained in the chain. The AD7912 / AD7922 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughputrates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK signal.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 2-channel, 1 MSPS, 10-/12-bit ADCs in TSOT package. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock. The parts also feature a power-down mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Average power consumption is reduced when the power-down mode is used while not converting. Current consumption is 1 µA maximum and 50 nA typically when in power-down mode. Daisy-chain mode. No pipeline delay. The parts feature a standard successive approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered systems: Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors
