ADA4505-2ARMZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4 are single, dual, and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Employing a new circuit technology, these low cost amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and very low bias current, while operating with a supply current of less than 10 μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the ADA4505-x amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail op amp.Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation and consumer equipment, hazard detectors (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the ADA4505-x amplifiers. The ADA4505-x family is specified for both the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4505-1 single amplifier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23. The ADA4505-2 dual amplifier is available in a standard 8-lead MSOP and a 8-ball WLCSP. The ADA4505-4 quad amplifier is available in a 14-lead TSSOP and a 14-ball WLCSP.The ADA4505-x family is a member of a growing series of zero crossover op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the AD8506/AD8508, which also operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Applications Pressure and position sensors Remote security Medical monitors Battery-powered consumer equipment Hazard detectors

The ADP1715 / ADP1716 are low dropout, CMOS linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 500 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection and achieve excellent line and load transient response with just a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.Three versions of this part are available, one with fixed output voltage options and variable soft start (ADP1715), one with adjustable output voltage and fixed soft start (ADP1715 Adjustable), and one with voltage tracking in fixed output voltage options (ADP1716). The fixed output voltage options are internally set to one of sixteen values between 0.75 V and 3.3 V; the adjustable output voltage can be set to any value between 0.8 V and 5.0 V by an external voltage divider connected from OUT to ADJ. The variable soft start uses an external capacitor at SS to control the output voltage ramp. Tracking limits the output voltage to the at-or-below voltage at the TRK pin.The ADP1715 / ADP1716 are available in 8-lead thermally enhanced MSOP packages, making them not only a very compact solution but also providing excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 500 mA of output current in a small, low profile footprint.APPLICATIONS Notebook computers Memory components Telecommunications equipment Network Equipment DSP/FPGA/µP supplies Instrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems

The AD5304/AD5314/AD5324 are quad 8-, 10-, and 12-bit buffered voltage output DACs in 10-lead MSOP and 10-lead LFCSP packages that operate from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming 500 μA at 3 V. Their on-chip output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved with a slew rate of 0.7 V/μs. A 3-wire serial interface is used; it operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The references for the four DACs are derived from one reference pin. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneously using the software LDAC function. The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit, and ensure that the DAC outputs power up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The parts contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 200 nA @ 5 V (80 nA @ 3 V).The low power consumption of these parts in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 3 mW at 5 V, 1.5 mW at 3 V, reducing to 1 μW in power-down mode.Applications Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators Industrial process controls

AD5325ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5305 / AD5315 / AD5325 are quad 8-, 10-, and 12-bit buffered voltage output DACs in a 10-lead MSOP that operate from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming 500 μA at 3 V. Their on-chip output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing with a slew rate of 0.7 V/μs. A 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz is used. This interface is SMBus compatible at VDD < 3.6 V. Multiple devices can be placed on the same bus.The references for the four DACs are derived from one reference pin. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneously using the software LDAC function. The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit, which ensures that the DAC outputs power up to 0 V and remain there until a valid write takes place to the device. There is also a software clear function to reset all input and DAC registers to 0 V. The parts contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the devices to 200 nA @ 5 V (80 nA @ 3 V).The low power consumption of these parts in normal operation makes them ideally suited for portable battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 3 mW at 5 V, 1.5 mW at 3 V, reducing to 1 μW in power-down mode.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in a 10-lead MicroSOIC package Low power, single supply operation from 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply Consumes 1.5mW at 3 V and 3 mW at 5 V Rail-to-Rail output with a slew rate of 0.7 V/µs Multiple devices can share the same bus Reference derived from the power supply Serial interface with clock rates up to 400 kHz Pin- and Software-Compatible with the AD5305 (8-Bit) and the AD5315 (10-Bit)APPLICATIONS Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators Industrial process control
