The MAX17575 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronousstep-down DC-DC converter with integrated MOSFETsoperates over a 4.5V to 60V input. The converter candeliver up to 1.5A and generates output voltages from0.9V up to 0.9 x VIN. The feedback (FB) voltage is accurateto within ±1.2% over -40°C to +125°C. Built-in compensationacross the output-voltage range eliminates theneed for external components. The MAX17575 featurespeak-current-mode control architecture and operatesin fixed frequency forced PWM mode. The MAX17575offers a low minimum on-time that allows high switchingfrequencies and a smaller solution size.The device is available in a 12-pin (3mm × 3mm) TDFN package.
