The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches that use a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1 GHz. The ADG901 is an absorptive (matched) switch with 50 ? terminated shunt legs, while the ADG902 is a reflective switch. These devices are designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. These switches enable the user to pass dc signals up to 0.5 V without the use of a dc blocking capacitor. They have on-board CMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The HMC959LC3 is a Divide-by-4 with Reset designed to support clock frequencies as high as 26 GHz. During normal operation, with the reset pin not asserted, the output toggles from its prior state on the positive edge of the clock. This results in a divide-by-four function of the clock input. Asserting the reset pin forces the Q output low regardless of the clock edge state (asynchronous reset assertion). Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications. The HMC959LC3 also features an output level control pin, VR, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization.All input signals to the HMC959LC3 are terminated with 50 ? to ground on-chip, and may be either AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 ? terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 ? to a non-ground DC voltage. The LTC2751 is a family of 12-, 14-, and 16-bit multiplying parallel-input, current-output DACs. They operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. All parts are guaranteed monotonic over temperature. The LTC2751A-16 provides 16-bit performance (?1LSB INL and DNL) overtemperature without any adjustments. These SoftSpan? DACs offer six output ranges ? two unipolar and four bipolar ? that can be programmed through the parallel interface, or pin strapped for operation in a single range.These parts use a bidirectional input/output parallel interface that allows read back of any on-chip register. A power-on circuit resets the DAC output to 0V when power is initially applied. A logic low on the CLR pin asynchronously clears the DAC to 0V in any output range. The AD8432 is a dual-channel, low power, ultralow noiseamplifier with selectable gain and active impedance matching.Each channel has a single-ended input, differential output, andintegrated input clamps. By pin strapping the gain setting pins, four accurate gains of G = 12.04 dB, 18.06 dB, 21.58 dB, and 24.08 dB (?4, ?8, ?12, and ?16, respectively) are possible. A bandwidth of200 MHz at G = 12.04 dB makes this amplifier well suited for many high speed applications.The exceptional noise performance of the AD8432 is madepossible by the active impedance matching. Using a feedback network, the input impedance of the amplifiers can be adjusted to match the signal source impedance without compromising the noise performance. Impedance matching and low noise in the AD8432 allow designers to create wider dynamic rangesystems that are able to detect even very low level signals. The AD8432 achieves 0.85 nV/?Hz input-referred voltage noise fora gain of 12.04 dB. The AD8432?s ultralow noise, low distortion, gain accuracy, and channel-to-channel matching are ideal for high performance ultrasound systems and for processing I/Qdemodulator signals.The AD8432 operates on a single supply of 5 V at 24 mA. It isavailable in a 4 mm ? 4 mm, 24-lead LFSCP. The LFCSP featuresan exposed paddle that provides a low thermal resistance path to the PCB, which enables more efficient heat transfer and increasesreliability.
