The Analog Devices RHP50000 is a monolithic synchronous step-down regulator capable of delivering up to 12.5 A from a 2.25 V to 5.5 V input supply. It uses peak current mode control to provide fast transient response and stable regulation for dynamic loads such as FPGA, ASIC, and processor core rails.

The device integrates Silent Switcher 2 architecture with internal hot-loop bypass capacitors to minimize EMI and reduce sensitivity to PCB layout. High switching frequency operation up to 5 MHz enables compact designs with reduced external component size.

Designed for radiation-tolerant applications, the RHP50000 supports single-event latch-up immunity and total ionizing dose performance suitable for commercial space and avionics systems.
