AD8676ARZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8676 precision operational amplifier offers ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8676 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail- to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8676 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8676 has very low input bias current and low input current noise. With typical offset voltage of only 12 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8676 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Precision instrumentation, PLL and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8676 to maxi-mize SNR and dynamic range. The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8676 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment. The AD8676 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8676 is available in the 8-lead MSOP, and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC; both of which are lead-free packages. MSOP packaged devices are only available in tape and reel format. For the single version of this ultraprecision, rail-to-rail op amp, see the AD8675 data sheet. The AD8675 and AD8676 are members of a growing series of low noise op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc.ApplicationsPrecision instrumentationPLL filtersLaser diode control loopsStrain gage amplifiersMedical instrumentationThermocouple amplifiers

HMC865LC3
Analog Devices Inc.
The HMC865LC3 is a Limiting Amplifier packaged in a leadless 3x3 mm ceramic surface mount package which supports up to 43 Gbps operation. The amplifier provides 30 dB of differential gain. Output voltage swing is adjustable up to 800 mVP-P differential by using the VAC analog control input. Additive rms jitter is less than 300 fs for 32 Gbps operation. HMC865LC3 has an internal DC offset correction circuit which provides differential 10 mVP-P input sensitivity. All input/output RF signals of the HMC865LC3 are terminated with 50 Ohms to +3.3V on chip and may be either AC or DC coupled. The outputs of the device can be operated either differentially or single-ended. Outputs can be connected directly to 50 Ohm terminated system referenced to 3.3V, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 Ohms to a non 3.3V level.APPLICATIONS 100 Gbps Ethernet 100 Gbps Long Haul 40 Gbps (D)QPSK Receivers Broadband Gain Block for Test & Measurement Equipment

AD706ARZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD706 is a dual, low power, bipolar op amp that has thelow input bias current of a JFET amplifier, but which offers asignificantly lower IB drift over temperature. It utilizes superbetabipolar input transistors to achieve picoampere input bias currentlevels (similar to FET input amplifiers at room temperature),while its IB typically only increases by 5 at 125°C (unlike aJFET amp, for which IB doubles every 10°C for a 1000×increase at 125°C). The AD706 also achieves the microvoltoffset voltage and low noise characteristics of a precision bipolarinput amplifier.Since it has < 200 pA of bias current, the AD706 does notrequire the commonly used “balancing” resistor. Furthermore, the current noise is only 50 fA/√Hz, which makes this amplifierusable with very high source impedances. At 600 A max supplycurrent (per amplifier), the AD706 is well suited for today’shigh density boards. The AD706 is an excellent choice for use in low frequencyactive filters in 12-bit and 14-bit data acquisition systems, inprecision instrumentation, and as a high quality integrator. TheAD706 is internally compensated for unity gain and is availablein five performance grades. The AD706J is rated over thecommercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD706A israted for the extended industrial temperature range of −40°Cto +85°C.The AD706 is offered in two varieties of an 8-lead package:PDIP and surface-mount (SOIC).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD706 is a dual low drift op amp that offers JFET level input bias currents, yet has the low IB drift of a bipolar amplifier. It may be used in circuits using dual op amps such as the LT1024. The AD706 provides both low drift and high dc precision. It offers both the low voltage noise and low offset drift of a bipolar input op amp and the very low bias current of a FET-input device. The 1014 Ω common-mode impedance insures that input bias current is essentially independent of common-mode voltage and supply voltage variations. The AD795 has both excellent dc performance and a guaranteed and tested maximum input voltage noise. It features 2 pA maximum input bias current and 500 μV maximum offset voltage, along with low supply current of 1.5 mA maximum.Furthermore, the AD795 features a guaranteed low input noise of 3.3 μV P-P (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and a 11 nV/√Hz maximum noise level at 10 kHz. The AD795 has a fully specified and tested input offset voltage drift of only 10 μV/°C maximum. The AD795 is useful for many high input impedance, low noise applications. The AD795 is rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.The AD795 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package.Applications Low noise photodiode preamps CT scanners Precision l-to-V converters

The AD8018 is a dual, high speed, low cost amplifier capable of driving low distortion signals to within 0.5 V of the supply rail. It is intended for use in single supply xDSL systems where low distortion and low cost is essential, and maximum reach on the line must be attained with the minimum of supply voltages. Each amplifier drives minimum 350 mA of output current and while maintaining -95 dBc of SFDR at 100 kHz, outstanding performance for any xDSL CPE application. The AD8018 is available with flexible standby and shutdown modes. Two bit control (1.5 V threshold referenced to DGND) will put the AD8018 into a full power standby (outputs low impedance) and shutdown (outputs high impedance).Fabricated in ADI's high speed XFCB process, the high bandwidth and fast slew rate of the AD8018 keep distortion to a minimum, while dissipating a minimum of power. The quiescent current of the AD8018 is low 9 mA/amplifier max. Low distortion, high output voltage drive, and high output current drive in small packages make the AD8018 ideal for use in low cost USB, PCMCIA and PCI Customer Premise Equipment for ADSL, SDSL, VDSL and proprietary xDSL systems. An evaluation board is available for this product and may be ordered using the following product number AD8018ARU-EVAL.
