The ADPA9002 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), power amplifier that operates between dc and 10 GHz. The amplifier provides 15 dB of gain, 42 dBm of OIP3, and 31.5 dBm of saturated output power (PSAT) while requiring 385 mA from a 12 V supply. The ADPA9002 is self biased in normal operation and has an optional bias control for supply quiescent current (IDQ) adjustment. The amplifier is ideal for military and space and?test equipment applications. The ADPA9002 also features inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50 ?, housed in a RoHS compliant, 5 mm ? 5 mm LFCSP premolded cavity package, making it compatible with high volume surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly equipment.Note that throughout this data sheet, multifunction pins, such as RFOUT/VDD, are referred to either by the entire pin name or by a single function of the pin, for example, VDD, when only that function is relevant.Applications Military and space Test instrumentation

The LT6106 is a versatile high side current sense amplifier. Design flexibility is provided by the excellent device characteristics: 250?V maximum offset and 40nA maximum input bias current. Gain for each device is set by two resistors and allows for accuracy better than 1%.The LT6106 monitors current via the voltage across an external sense resistor (shunt resistor). Internal circuitry converts input voltage to output current, allowing for a small sense signal on a high common mode voltage to be translated into a ground referenced signal. The low DC offset allows for monitoring very small sense voltages. As a result, a small valued shunt resistor can be used, which minimizes the power loss in the shunt.The wide 2.7V to 44V input voltage range, high accuracy and wide operating temperature range make the LT6106 ideal for automotive, industrial and power management applications. The devices feature a 750 ps propagation delay with less than 150 ps overdrive dispersion. Dispersion, a measure of the difference in propagation delay under differing overdrive conditions, is a particularly importantcharacteristic of high speed comparators. A separateprogrammable hysteresis pin is available on the ADCMP552.A differential input stage permits consistent propagation delay with a common-mode range from ?0.2 V to VCCI ? 2.0 V. Demo Board for LTC6754 High Speed Comparator with LVDS

Demonstration circuit 2767A features the LTC6754 highspeed rail-to-rail comparator in a QFN package with LVDS compatible outputs. The DC2767 input is AC-coupled for single-ended signal greater than 5MHz and up to 445MHz. The DC2767 outputs are AC-coupled 50Ω source impedance for driving directly the 50Ω inputs of a 1GHz or higher oscilloscope. The DC2767 has a supply connection for the LTC6754 rail-to-rail inputs and a separate supply connection for the QFN LTC6754 LVDS outputs. The LTC6754 includes 4.5mV of hysteresis to minimize instability. For the QFN package, a separate pin is available to set the hysteresis from 0mV (off) up to 40mV. The QFN version also features output latching to provide the ability to capture the state of the comparator. The DC2767 provides a connection to set the hysteresis or for output latching. LTC6754 is ideally suited for high frequency line driver and clock recovery circuits.

The HMC874LC3C is a SiGe monolithic, ultra fast comparator which features reduced swing PECL output drivers and clock inputs. The comparator supports 20 Gbps operation while providing 120 ps clock to data output delay and 60 ps minimum pulse width with 0.2 ps rms random jitter (RJ). 25 Gbps operation can be achieved with reduced output voltage swing. Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically 10 ps, making the device ideal for a wide range of applications from ATE to broadband communications. The reduced swing PECL output stages are designed to directly drive 400 mV into 50 ? terminated to +1.3V while maintaining compatibility with other PECL logic families. The AD8129/AD8130 are designed as receivers for the transmission of high speed signals over twisted-pair cables to work with the AD8131 or AD8132 drivers. Either can be used for analog or digital video signals and for high speed data transmission. The AD8129/AD8130 are differential-to-single-ended amplifiers with extremely high CMRR at high frequency. Therefore, they canalso be effectively used as high speed instrumentation amps or for converting differential signals to single-ended signals.The AD8129 is a low noise, high gain (10 or greater) version intended for applications over very long cables, where signal attenuation is significant. The AD8130 is stable at a gain of 1 and can be used for applications where lower gains are required. Both have user-adjustable gain to help compensate for losses in the transmission line. The gain is set by the ratio of two resistor values. The AD8129/AD8130 have very high input impedance on both inputs, regardless of the gain setting. The AD8129/AD8130 have excellent common-mode rejection (70 dB @ 10 MHz), allowing the use of low cost, unshielded twisted-pair cables without fear of corruption by external noise sources or crosstalk. The AD8129/AD8130 have a wide power supply range from single +5 V to ?12 V, allowing wide common-mode and differential-mode voltage ranges while maintaining signal integrity. The wide common-mode voltage range enables the driver-receiver pair to operate without isolation transformers in many systems where the ground potential difference between drive and receive locations is many volts. The AD8129/AD8130 have considerable cost and performance improvements over op amps and other multiamplifier receiving solutions.
