The LTC2442 is an ultra high precision, variable speed, 24-bit ΔΣ™ ADC with integrated amplifier. The amplifier can be configured as a buffer for easy input drive of high impedance sensors. 1 part-per-million (ppm) linearity is achievable when the amplifier is configured in unity gain. External resistors can be used to set a gain for increased resolution of low level input signals. The positive and negative amplifier supply pins may be tied directly to VCC (4.5V to 5.5V) and GND or biased above VCC and below GND for rail-to-rail input signals.The proprietary ΔΣ architecture ensures stable DC accuracy through continuous transparent calibration. Ten speed/resolution combinations from 6.9Hz/220nVRMS to 3.5kHz/25µVRMS can be selected with no latency or shift in DC accuracy. Additionally, a 2X speed mode can be selected enabling output rates up to 7kHz (8kHz with an external oscillator) with one cycle latency.Any combination of single-ended (up to 4 inputs) or differential (up to 2 inputs) can be selected with a common mode input range from ground to VCC. The ADA4841-2 is a unity gain stable, low noiseand distortion, rail-to-rail output amplifier that has a quiescentcurrent of 1.5 mA maximum. In spite of its low powerconsumption, this amplifier offers low wideband voltagenoise performance of 2.1 nV/√Hz and 1.4 pA/√Hz current noise,along with excellent spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of−105 dBc at 100 kHz. To maintain a low noise environment atlower frequencies, the amplifier has low 1/f noise of 7 nV/√Hzand 13 pA/√Hz at 10 Hz.The ADA4841-2 output can swing to less than50 mV of either rail. The input common-mode voltage rangeextends down to the negative supply. The ADA4841-2 can drive up to 10 pF of capacitive load withminimal peaking.The ADA4841-2 provides the performance requiredto efficiently support emerging 16-bit to 18-bit ADCs and is ideal for portable instrumentation, high channel count, industrialmeasurement, and medical applications. The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 μV and maximum drift of 0.6 μV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/√Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/μs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems.A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively.The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 Ω and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications.PSRR and CMRR exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, coupled with long-term drift of 0.2 μV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs.Low cost, high volume production of OP27 is achieved by using an on-chip Zener zap-trimming network. This reliable and stable offset trimming scheme has proven its effectiveness over many years of production history.The OP27 provides excellent performance in low noise, high accuracy amplification of low level signals. Applications include stable integrators, precision summing amplifiers, precision voltage threshold detectors, comparators, and professional audio circuits such as tape heads and microphone preamplifiers.

The OP285 is a precision high-speed amplifier featuring theButler Amplifier front-end. This new front-end designcombines the accuracy and low noise performance of bipolartransistors with the speed of JFETs. This yields an amplifierwith high slew rates, low offset and good noise performance atlow supply currents. Bias currents are also low compared tobipolar designs.The OP285 offers the slew rate and low power of a JFETamplifier combined with the precision, low noise and low driftof a bipolar amplifier. Input offset voltage is laser-trimmed andguaranteed less than 250 μV. This makes the OP285 useful indc-coupled or summing applications without the need forspecial selections or the added noise of additional offsetadjustment circuitry. Slew rates of 22 V/μs and a bandwidth of9 MHz make the OP285 one of the most accurate mediumspeed amplifiers available.The combination of low noise, speed and accuracy can be usedto build high speed instrumentation systems. The OP297 is the first dual op amp to pack precision performance into the space-saving, industry standard 8-pin SO package. Its combination of precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the dual OP297 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP297 includes very low offset, under 50µV, and low drift, below 0.6µV/°C. Open-loop gain exceeds 2000V/mV insuring high linearity in every application. Errors due to common-mode signals are eliminated by the OP297's common-mode rejection of over 120 dB. The OP297's power supply rejection of over 120dB minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery powered systems. Supply current of the OP297 is under 625µA per amplifier and it can operate with supply voltages as low a ±2V.The OP297 utilizes a super-beta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range of 25°C, but double for every 10°C rise in temperature, to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. Input bias current of the OP297 is under 100pA at 25°C and is under 450pA over the military temperature range.Combining precision, low power and low bias current, the OP297 is ideal for a number of applications including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, phot-diode preamplifiers and long-term integrators. Features include an input range from VEE − 0.2 V to VCC + 0.2 V, low noise, TTL-/CMOS-compatible output drivers, and adjustable hysteresis and/or shutdown inputs.The device offers 40 ns propagation delay driving a 15 pF load with 10 mV overdrive on 500 μA typical supply current.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single +2.5 V positive supply and a −0.2 V to +3.0 V input signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a −0.2 V to +5.7 V input signal range.The TTL-/CMOS-compatible output stage is designed to drive up to 15 pF with full rated timing specifications and to degrade in a graceful and linear fashion as additional capacitance is added. The input stage of the comparator offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded.
