This family of amplifiers has ultralow offset, drift, and bias current. The AD8551, AD8552, and AD8554 are single, dual, and quad amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings. All are guaranteed to operate from 2.7 V to 5 V with a single supply.The AD8551/AD8552/AD8554 provide the benefits previously found only in expensive auto-zeroing or chopper-stabilized amplifiers. Using Analog Devices, Inc. topology, these new zero-drift amplifiers combine low cost with high accuracy. No external capacitors are required.With an offset voltage of only 1 μV and drift of 0.005 μV/°C, the AD8551/AD8552/AD8554 are perfectly suited for applications in which error sources cannot be tolerated. Temperature, position and pressure sensors, medical equipment, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from nearly zero drift over their operating temperature range. The rail-to-rail input and output swings provided by the AD8551/AD8552/AD8554 make both high-side and low-side sensing easy.The AD8551/AD8552/AD8554 are specified for the extended industrial/auto motive temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The 5-ball and 8-ball WLCSP offer the smallest available footprint for any surface-mounted operational amplifier. The AD8675 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail-to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8675 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8675 has very low input bias current and low input current noise.With typical offset voltage of only 10 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8675 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. For applications with even lower offset tolerances, the proprietary nulling capability allows a combination of both device and system offset errors up to 3.5 mV (referred to the input) to be compensated externally. Unlike previous circuits, the AD8675 accommodates this adjustment without adversely affecting the offset drift, CMRR, and PSRR of the amplifier. Precision instrumentation, PLL, and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8675 to maximize SNR and dynamic range.The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8675 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment.The AD8675 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4851-1 (single), ADA4851-2 (dual), and ADA4851-4 (quad) are low cost, high speed, voltage feedback rail-to-rail output op amps. Despite their low price, these parts provide excellent overall performance and versatility. The 130 MHz, −3 dB bandwidth and high slew rate make these amplifiers well suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications.The ADA4851 family is designed to operate at supply voltages as low as +3 V and up to ±5 V. These parts provide true single-supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200 mV below the negative rail and to within 2.2 V of the positive rail. On the output, the amplifiers can swing within 60 mV of either supply rail.With their combination of low price, excellent differential gain (0.08%), differential phase (0.09º), and 0.1 dB flatness out to 11 MHz, these amplifiers are ideal for consumer video applications.The ADA4851 family is designed to work over the extended temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4851-4W and ADA4851-2W are automotive grade versions, qualified for −40°C to +125°C operation per AEC-Q100. The ADA4857 is a unity gain stable, high speed, voltage feedback amplifier with low distortion, low noise, and high slew rate. With a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of −88 dBc @ 10 MHz, the ADA4857 is an ideal solution for a variety of applications including ultrasounds, ATE, active filters, and ADC drivers. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary next-generation XFCB process and innovative architecture enables such high performance amplifiers. The ADA4857 has 850 MHz bandwidth, 2800 V/μs slew rate, and settles to 0.1% in 15 ns. With a wide supply voltage range (5 V to 10 V), the ADA4857 is an ideal candidate for systems that require high dynamic range, precision, and speed. The ADA4857-1 amplifier is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 8-lead LFCSP and a standard 8-lead SOIC. The ADA4857-2 is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 16-lead LFSCP. The LFCSP features an exposed paddle that provides a low thermal resistance path to the printed circuit board (PCB). This path enables more efficient heat transfer and increases reliability. The ADA4857 works over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C).
