The AD8422 is a high precision, low power, low noise, rail-to-rail instrumentation amplifier that delivers the best performance per unit microampere in the industry. The AD8422 processes signals with ultralow distortion performance that is load independent over its full output range.The AD8422 is the third generation development of the industry standard?AD620. The AD8422 employs new process technologies and design techniques to achieve higher dynamic range and lower errors than its predecessors, while consuming less than one-third of the power. The AD8422 uses the high performance pinout introduced by the AD8221.Very low bias current makes the AD8422 error-free with high source impedance, allowing multiple sensors to be multiplexed to the inputs. The ADHV4702-1 is a high voltage (220 V), unity-gain stable precision operational amplifier. The ADHV4702-1 offers high input impedance with low input bias current, low input offset voltage, low drift, and low noise for precision demanding applications. The next generation of proprietary semiconductor processes and innovative architecture from Analog Devices, Inc., enable this precision operational amplifier to operate from symmetrical dual supplies of ?110 V, asymmetrical dual supplies, or a single supply of 220 V. The ADHV4702-1?requires a minimum supply voltage of ?12 V from the?reference voltage for normal operation.For precision performance, the ADHV4702-1 has a 170 dB typical open-loop gain (AOL) and a 160 dB typical common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). The ADHV4702-1 also has a 2 ?V/?C maximum input offset voltage (VOS) drift and an 8 nV/?Hz input voltage noise.The exceptional dc precision of the ADHV4702-1 is complemented by excellent dynamic performance with a small signal bandwidth of 10 MHz and a slew rate of 74 V/?s. The ADHV4702-1 has an output current of 20 mA typical.The ADHV4702-1 offers high voltage input common-mode swing as well as high voltage output swing, enabling precision high voltage use cases such as high-side current sensing. The ADHV4702-1 is also ideally suited for forcing a voltage in precision bias and control applications.The ADHV4702-1 is available in a 12-lead, 7 mm ? 7 mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) with an exposed pad (EPAD) compliant to international electrotechnical commission (IEC) 61010-1 creepage and clearance standards. The copper EPAD provides a low thermal resistance path to improve heat dissipation and features high voltage isolation, allowing it to be safely connected to a 0 V ground plane regardless of VCC or VEE voltages. The ADM2914 is a quad voltage supervisory IC ideally suitedfor monitoring multiple rails in a wide range of applications.Each monitored rail has two dedicated input pins, VHx and VLx, which allow each rail to be monitored for both overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) conditions. A common active lowundervoltage (UV) and overvoltage (OV) pin is shared by each of the monitored voltage rails.The ADM2914 includes a 1 V buffered reference output, REF,that acts as an offset when monitoring a negative voltage. Thethree-state SEL pin determines the polarity of the third andfourth inputs, that is, it configures the device to monitorpositive or negative supplies.The device incorporates an internal shunt regulator that enablesthe device to be used in higher voltage systems. This featurerequires a resistor to be placed between the main supply rail andthe VCC pin to limit the current flow into the VCC pin to no greater than 10 mA. The ADM2914 uses the internal shuntregulator to regulate VCC if the supply line exceeds the absolute maximum ratings.The ADM2914 is available in two models. The ADM2914-1offers a latching overvoltage output that can be cleared by toggling the LATCH input pin. The ADM2914-2 has a disablepin that can override and disable both the OV and UVoutputsignals.The ADM2914 is available in a 16-lead QSOP package. The LTC6561 is a low-noise four-channel, transimpedance amplifier (TIA)with 220MHz bandwidth. The LTC6561 multi-channel transimpedance amplifier?s low noise, high transimpedance, and low power dissipation are ideal for LIDAR receivers using Avalanche Photodiodes (APDs). The amplifier features 74k? transimpedance gain and 30?A linear input current range. Using an APD input circuit with a total capacitance of 2pF, the input current noise density is 4.5pA/?Hz at 200MHz. With lower capacitance, noise and bandwidth improve further. Only a 5V single supply is needed and the device consumes only 200mW. Utilizing the internal 4-to-1 MUX along with the LTC6561?s output MUX; multiple 4-channel LTC6561 devices can be combined to directly interface with 8, 12, 16 and 32-channel APD arrays. The LTC6561?s fast overload recovery and fast channel switchover make it well suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. Its single-ended output can swing 2VP-P on a 100? load. The LT1994 is a high precision, very low noise, low distortion, fully differential input/output amplifier optimized for 3V, single supply operation. The LT1994?s output common mode voltage is independent of the input common mode voltage, and is adjustable by applying a voltage on the VOCM pin. A separate internal common mode feedback path provides accurate output phase balancing and reduced even-order harmonics. This makes the LT1994 ideal for level shifting ground referenced signals for driving differential input, single supply ADCs.The LT1994 output can swing rail-to-rail and is capable of sourcing and sinking up to 85mA.
