OP462GSZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The OP162 (single), OP262 (dual), and OP462 (quad) rail-to-rail 15 MHz amplifiers feature the extra speed new designs require, with the benefits of precision and low power operation. With their incredibly low offset voltage of 45 µV (typical) and low noise, they are perfectly suited for precision filter applications and instrumentation. The low supply current of 500 µA (typical) is critical for portable or densely packed designs. In addition, the rail-to-rail output swing provides greater dynamic range and control than standard video amplifiers. These products operate from single supplies as low as 2.7 V to dual supplies of ±6 V. The fast settling times and wide output swings recommend them for buffers to sampling A/D converters. The output drive of 30 mA (sink and source) is needed for many audio and display applications; more output current can be supplied for limited durations. The OPx62 family is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (–40°C to +125°C). The single OP162 amplifiers are available in 8-lead SOIC package. The dual OP262 amplifiers are available in 8 lead SOIC and TSSOP packages. The quad OP462 amplifiers are available in 14-lead, narrow-body SOIC and TSSOP packages.

AD210JN

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD210 is the latest member of a new generation of low cost, high performance isolation amplifiers. This three-port, wide bandwidth isolation amplifier is manufactured with face-mounted components in an automated assembly process. The AD210 combines design expertise with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to produce an extremely compact and economical isolator whose performance and abundant user features far exceed those offered in more expensive devices. The AD210 provides a complete isolation function with both signal and power isolation supplied via transformer coupling internal to the module. The AD210's functionally complete design, powered by a single +15 V supply, eliminates the need for an external DC/DC converter, unlike optically coupled isolation devices. The true three-port design structure permits the AD210 to be applied as an input or output isolator, in single or multichannel applications. The AD210 will maintain its high performance under sustained common-mode stress.Providing high accuracy and complete galvanic isolation, the interrupts ground loops and leakage paths, and rejects common-mode voltage and noise that may otherwise degrade measurement accuracy. In addition, the AD210 provides protection from fault conditions that may cause damage to other sections of a measurement system. AD648KNZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD648 is a matched pair of low power, precision monolithic operational amplifiers. It offers both low bias current (10 pA max, warmed up) and low quiescent current (400 µA max) and is fabricated with ion-implanted FET and laser wafer trimming technologies. Input bias current is guaranteed over the AD648's entire common-mode voltage range. The economical J grade has a maximum guaranteed offset voltage of less than 2 mV and an offset voltage drift of less than 20 µV/°C. The combination of low quiescent current and low offset voltage drift minimizes changes in input offset voltage due to self-heating effects. The AD648 is recommended for any dual supply op amp application requiring low power and excellent dc and ac performance. In applications such as battery-powered, precision instrument front ends and CMOS DAC buffers, the AD648's excellent combination of low input offset voltage and drift, low bias current and low 1/f noise reduces output errors. High common-mode rejection and high open-loop gain ensures better than 12-bit linearity in high impedance, buffer applications. The AD648 is pinned out in a standard dual op amp configuration and is available in seven performance grades. The AD648J and AD648K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD648 is available in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP and SOIC package.

AD706JNZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD706 is a dual, low power, bipolar op amp that has thelow input bias current of a JFET amplifier, but which offers asignificantly lower IB drift over temperature. It utilizes superbetabipolar input transistors to achieve picoampere input bias currentlevels (similar to FET input amplifiers at room temperature),while its IB typically only increases by 5 at 125°C (unlike aJFET amp, for which IB doubles every 10°C for a 1000×increase at 125°C). The AD706 also achieves the microvoltoffset voltage and low noise characteristics of a precision bipolarinput amplifier.Since it has < 200 pA of bias current, the AD706 does notrequire the commonly used “balancing” resistor. Furthermore, the current noise is only 50 fA/√Hz, which makes this amplifierusable with very high source impedances. At 600 A max supplycurrent (per amplifier), the AD706 is well suited for today’shigh density boards. The AD706 is an excellent choice for use in low frequencyactive filters in 12-bit and 14-bit data acquisition systems, inprecision instrumentation, and as a high quality integrator. TheAD706 is internally compensated for unity gain and is availablein five performance grades. The AD706J is rated over thecommercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD706A israted for the extended industrial temperature range of −40°Cto +85°C.The AD706 is offered in two varieties of an 8-lead package:PDIP and surface-mount (SOIC).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD706 is a dual low drift op amp that offers JFET level input bias currents, yet has the low IB drift of a bipolar amplifier. It may be used in circuits using dual op amps such as the LT1024. The AD706 provides both low drift and high dc precision. The AD706 can be used in applications where a chopper amplifier would normally be required but without the chopper’s inherent noise.APPLICATIONS Low Frequency Active Filters Precision Instrumentation Precision Integrators

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8038 (single) and AD8039 (dual) amplifiers are high speed (350 MHz) voltage feedback amplifiers with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 1.0 mA/amplifier typical (1.5 mA maximum). The AD8038 single amplifier in the 8-lead SOIC package has a disable feature. Despite being low power and low cost, the amplifier provides excellent overall performance. Additionally, it offers a high slew rate of 425 V/μs and a low input offset voltage of 3 mV maximum. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB process allows low noise operation (8 nV/√Hz and 600 fA/√Hz) at extremely low quiescent currents. Given a wide supply voltage range (3 V to 12 V), wide bandwidth, and small packaging, the AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers are designed to work in a variety of applications where power and space are at a premium. The AD8038 and AD8039 amplifiers have a wide input common-mode range of 1 V from either rail and swing to within 1 V of each rail on the output. These amplifiers are optimized for driving capacitive loads up to 15 pF. If driving larger capacitive loads, a small series resistor is needed to avoid excessive peaking or overshoot. The AD8039 amplifier is available in a 8-lead SOT-23 package, and the single AD8038 is available in both an 8-lead SOIC and a 5-lead SC70 package. These amplifiers are rated to work over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.Applications Battery-powered instrumentation Filters A/D drivers Level shifting Buffering Photo multipliers
