AD841JNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD841 is a member of the Analog Devices, Inc., family of wide bandwidth operational amplifiers. This high speed/high precision family includes the AD842, which is stable at a gain of two or greater and has 100 mA minimum output current drive. These devices are fabricated using Analog Devices’ junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of dc precision and wideband ac performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic op amp. In addition to its 40 MHz unity-gain bandwidth product, the AD841 offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of final value in 110 ns for a 10 V step.Unlike many high frequency amplifiers, the AD841 requires no external compensation. It remains stable over its full operating temperature range. It also offers a low quiescent current of 12 mA maximum, a minimum output current drive capability of 50 mA, a low input voltage noise of 15 nV/√Hz, and low input offset voltage of 1 mV maximum. The 300 V/µs slew rate of the AD841, along with its 40 MHz gain bandwidth, ensures excellent performance in video and pulse amplifier applications. This amplifier is well suited foruse in high frequency signal conditioning circuits and wide bandwidth active filters. The extremely rapid settling time of the AD841 makes it the preferred choice for data acquisition applications that require 12-bit accuracy. The AD841 is also appropriate for other applications such as high speed DAC and ADC buffer amplifiers and other wide bandwidth circuitry.Applications High Speed Signal Conditioning Video and Pulse Amplifiers Data Acquisition Systems Line Drivers Active Filters Audio Available in 14-pin plastic PDIP, 14-pin hermetic CERDIP, and 20-pin LCC packages Chips and MIL-STD-883B parts available

AD8620ARZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8610 (single) and AD8620 (dual) are very high precision JFET input amplifiers featuring ultralow offset voltage and drift, very low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Unlike many JFET amplifiers, the AD8610 input bias current is low over the entire operating temperature range. The AD8610 is stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF in noninverting unity gain; much larger capacitive loads can be driven easily at higher noise gains. The AD8610 swings to within 1.2 V of the supplies even with a 1 k Ω load, maximizing dynamic range even with limited supply voltages. Outputs slew at 50 V/µs in either inverting or noninverting gain configurations, and settle to 0.01% accuracy in less than 600 ns. Combined with the high input impedance, great precision, and very high output drive, theAD8610 is an ideal amplifier for driving high performance A/D inputs and buffering D/A converter outputs. Applications for the AD8610 and AD8620 include electronic instruments; ATE amplification, buffering, and integrator circuits; CAT/MRI/Ultrasound medical instrumentation; instrumentation quality photodiode amplification; fast precision filters (including PLL filters); and high quality audio. The AD8610 is fully specified over the extended industrial (-40ºC to +125ºC temperature range. The AD8610 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC and the tiny MSOP8 surface-mount packages. The AD8620 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC package. MSOP8 packaged devices are available only in tape and reel.

SSM2518CBZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The SSM2518 is a digital input, Class-D power amplifier that combinesa digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and a sigma-delta(Σ-Δ) Class-D modulator. This unique architecture enablesextremely low real-world power consumption from digitalaudio sources with excellent audio performance. The SSM2518is ideal for power sensitive applications, such as mobile phonesand portable media players, where system noise can corruptsmall analog signals such as those sent to an analog input audioamplifier.Using the SSM2518, audio data can be transmitted to the amplifierover a standard digital audio serial interface, thereby significantlyreducing the effect of noise sources such as GSM interference orother digital signals on the transmitted audio. The closed-loopdigital input design retains the benefits of an all digital amplifier, yet enables very good PSRR and audio performance. The threelevel, Σ-Δ Class-D modulator is designed to provide the leastamount of EMI interference, the lowest quiescent power dissipation, and the highest audio efficiency without sacrificingaudio quality.Input is provided via a serial audio interface, programmable toaccept all common audio formats including I2S and TDM. Controlof the IC is provided via an I2C control interface. The SSM2518can accept a variety of input MCLK frequencies and can useBCLK as the clock source in some configurations.Additional features include a soft digital volume control, deemphasis, and a programmable digital dynamic rangecompressor. The architecture of the SSM2518 provides a solution that offerslower power and higher performance than existing DAC plusClass-D solutions. Its digital interface also offers a better systemsolution for other products whose sole audio source is digital, such as wireless speakers, laptop PCs, portable digital televisions, and navigation systems.Applications Mobile phones Portable media players Laptop PCs Wireless speakers Portable gaming Small LCD televisions Navigation systems

The AD8278 and AD8279 are general-purpose difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. The AD8278 and AD8279 provide exceptional common-mode rejection ratio (80 dB) and high bandwidth while amplifying input signals that are well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for excellent gain accuracy and high CMRR. They also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature. The common-mode range of the amplifier extends to almost triple the supply voltage (for G = ½), making the amplifer ideal for single-supply applications that require a high common-mode voltage range. The internal resistors and ESD circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amp.The AD8278 and AD8279 can be used as difference amplifiers with G = ½ or G = 2. They can also be connected in a high precision, single-ended configuration for non inverting and inverting gains of −½, −2, +3, +2, +1½, +1, or +½. The AD8278 and AD8279 provide an integrated precision solution that has a smaller size, lower cost, and better performance than a discrete alternative. The AD8278 and AD8279 operate on single supplies (2.0 V to 36 V) or dual supplies (±2 V to ±18 V). The maximum quiescent supply current is 200 μA, which is ideal for battery-operated and portable systems. For unity-gain difference amplifiers with similar performance, refer to the AD8276 and AD8277 data sheets. The AD8278 is available in the space-saving 8-lead MSOP and SOIC packages, and the AD8279 is offered in a 14-lead SOIC package. The AD8624 is a quad, precision rail-to-rail output operational amplifier with a low supply current of only 350 μA maximumover temperature and supply voltages. It offers low offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currentsover the full operating temperature range. With typical offset voltage of only 10 μV, offset drift of 0.5 μV/°C,and noise of only 0.2 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), they are perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8622/AD8624 to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range for low power operation. The AD8622/ AD8624 are specified for the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The AD8622 is available in lead-free 8-lead SOIC and MSOP packages, while the AD8624 is available in lead-free 14-lead TSSOP and 16-lead LFCSP packages.Applications Portable precision instrumentation Laser diode control loops Strain gage amplifiers Medical instrumentation Thermocouple amplifiers
