OP97FSZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP-97 is a low-power alternative to the industry-standard OP-07 precision amplifier. The OP-97 maintains the standards of performance set by the OP-07 while utilizing only 600µA supply current, less than 1/6 that of an OP-07. Offset voltage is an ultra-low 25µV, and drift over temperature is below 0.6µV/°C. External offset trimming is not required in the majority of circuits.Improvements have been made over OP-07 specifications in several areas. Notable is bias current, which remains below 250pA over the full military temperature range. The OP-97 is ideal for use in precision long-term integrators or sample-and-hold circuits that must operate at elevated temperatures.Common-mode rejection and power-supply rejection are also improved with the OP-97, at 114dB minimum over wider ranges of common-mode or supply voltage. Outstanding PSR, a supply range specified from ±2.25V to ±20V and the OP-97's minimal power requirements combine to make the OP-97 a preferred device for portable and battery-powered instruments. The OP-97 conforms to the OP-07 pinout, with the null potentimeter connected between pins 1 and 8 with the wiper to V+. The OP-97 will upgrade circuit designs using 725, OP05, OP07, OP12, and 1012 type amplifiers. It may replace 741-type amplifiers in circuits without nullling or where the nulling circuitry has been removed.

AD532KHZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD532 is the first pretrimmed single chip monolithic multiplier/divider. It guarantees a maximum multiplying error of ±1.0% and a ±10 V output voltage without the need for any external trimming resistors or output op amp. Because the AD532 is internally trimmed, its simplicity of use provides design engineers with an attractive alternative to modular multipliers, and its monolithic construction provides significant advantages in size, reliability and economy. Further, the AD532 can be used as a direct replacement for other IC multipliers that require external trim networks (such as the AD530).APPLICATIONS Multiplication, division, squaring, square rooting Algebraic computation Power measurements Instrumentation applications Available in chip form

AD534LDZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD534 is a monolithic laser trimmed four-quadrant multiplier divider having accuracy specifications previously found only in expensive hybrid or modular products. A maximum multiplication error of ±0.25% is guaranteed for the AD534L without any external trimming. Excellent supply rejection, low temperature coefficients and long-term stability of the on-chip thin film resistors and buried Zener reference preserve accuracy even under adverse conditions of use. It is the first multiplier to offer fully differential, high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z input, a feature that greatly increases its flexibility and ease of use. The scale factor is pretrimmed to the standard value of 10.00 V; by means of an external resistor, this can be reduced to values as low as 3 V.The wide spectrum of applications and the availability of several grades commend this multiplier as the first choice for all new designs. The AD534J (±1% maximum error), AD534K (±0.5% maximum), and AD534L (±0.25% maximum) are specified for operation over the 0°C to +70°C temperature range. The AD534S (±1% maximum) and AD534T (±0.5% maximum) are specified over the extended temperature range, −55°C to +125°C. All grades are available in hermetically sealed TO-100 metal cans and SBDIP packages. AD534K, AD534S, and AD534T chips are also available.APPLICATIONSHigh quality analog signal processingDifferential ratio and percentage computationsAlgebraic and trigonometric function synthesisWideband, high crest rms-to-dc conversionAccurate voltage controlled oscillators and filtersAvailable in chip form

The AD706 is a dual, low power, bipolar op amp that has thelow input bias current of a JFET amplifier, but which offers asignificantly lower IB drift over temperature. It utilizes superbetabipolar input transistors to achieve picoampere input bias currentlevels (similar to FET input amplifiers at room temperature),while its IB typically only increases by 5 at 125°C (unlike aJFET amp, for which IB doubles every 10°C for a 1000×increase at 125°C). The AD706 also achieves the microvoltoffset voltage and low noise characteristics of a precision bipolarinput amplifier.Since it has < 200 pA of bias current, the AD706 does notrequire the commonly used “balancing” resistor. Furthermore, the current noise is only 50 fA/√Hz, which makes this amplifierusable with very high source impedances. At 600 A max supplycurrent (per amplifier), the AD706 is well suited for today’shigh density boards. The AD706 is an excellent choice for use in low frequencyactive filters in 12-bit and 14-bit data acquisition systems, inprecision instrumentation, and as a high quality integrator. TheAD706 is internally compensated for unity gain and is availablein five performance grades. The AD706J is rated over thecommercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD706A israted for the extended industrial temperature range of −40°Cto +85°C.The AD706 is offered in two varieties of an 8-lead package:PDIP and surface-mount (SOIC).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD706 is a dual low drift op amp that offers JFET level input bias currents, yet has the low IB drift of a bipolar amplifier. AD8018ARZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8018 is a dual, high speed, low cost amplifier capable of driving low distortion signals to within 0.5 V of the supply rail. It is intended for use in single supply xDSL systems where low distortion and low cost is essential, and maximum reach on the line must be attained with the minimum of supply voltages. Each amplifier drives minimum 350 mA of output current and while maintaining -95 dBc of SFDR at 100 kHz, outstanding performance for any xDSL CPE application. The AD8018 is available with flexible standby and shutdown modes. Two bit control (1.5 V threshold referenced to DGND) will put the AD8018 into a full power standby (outputs low impedance) and shutdown (outputs high impedance).Fabricated in ADI's high speed XFCB process, the high bandwidth and fast slew rate of the AD8018 keep distortion to a minimum, while dissipating a minimum of power. The quiescent current of the AD8018 is low 9 mA/amplifier max. Low distortion, high output voltage drive, and high output current drive in small packages make the AD8018 ideal for use in low cost USB, PCMCIA and PCI Customer Premise Equipment for ADSL, SDSL, VDSL and proprietary xDSL systems. An evaluation board is available for this product and may be ordered using the following product number AD8018ARU-EVAL.
