ADA4939-1YCPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 are low noise, ultralow distortion, high speed differential amplifiers. They are an ideal choice fordriving high performance ADCs with resolutions up to 16 bitsfrom dc to 100 MHz. The output common-mode voltage is useradjustable by means of an internal common-mode feedback loop, allowing the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 output to match the inputof the ADC. The internal feedback loop also provides exceptionaloutput balance as well as suppression of even-order harmonicdistortion products. With the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2, differential gain configurationsare easily realized with a simple external feedback network of fourresistors that determine the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 are fabricated using Analog Devices,Inc., proprietary silicon-germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolarprocess, enabling them to achieve very low levels of distortion withan input voltage noise of only 2.3 nV/√Hz. The low dc offset andexcellent dynamic performance of the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2make them well suited for a wide variety of data acquisition andsignal processing applications. The ADA4939-1 (single) is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-leadLFCSP, and the ADA4939-2 (dual) is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm,24-lead LFCSP. The pinouts are optimized to facilitate printedcircuit board (PCB) layout and minimize distortion. TheADA4939-1/ADA4939-2 are specified to operate over the−40°C to +105°C temperature range; both operate on suppliesbetween 3.3 V and 5 V.Applications ADC drivers Single-ended-to-differential converters IF and baseband gain blocks Differential buffers Line drivers

AD202KN
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD202 is a general purpose, two-port, transformer-coupled isolation amplifier that may be used in a broad range of applications where input signals must be measured, processed and/or transmitted without a galvanic connection. This industry standard isolation amplifier offers a complete isolation function, with both signal and power isolation provided for in a single compact plastic SIP or DIP style package. The AD202 is powered directly from a +15 V dc supply. The AD202 provides total galvanic isolation between the input and output stages of the isolation amplifier through the use of internal transformer-coupling. The functionally complete AD202 eliminates the need for an external, user-supplied dc/dc converter. This permits the designer to minimize the necessary circuit overhead and consequently reduce the overall design and component costs. The design of the AD202 emphasizes maximum flexibility and ease of use, including the availability of an uncommitted op amp on the input stage. They feature a bipolar ±5 V output range, an adjustable gain range of from 1 to 100 V/V, ±0.025% max nonlinearity (K grade), 130 dB of CMR.Applications Multichannel Data Acquisition Current Shunt Measurements Motor Controls Process Signal Isolation High Voltage Instrumentation Amplifier

AD621ARZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD621 is an easy to use, low cost, low power, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier which is ideally suited for a wide range of applications. Its unique combination of high performance, small size and low power, outperforms discrete in amp implementations. High functionality, low gain errors and low gain drift errors are achieved by the use of internal gain setting resistors. Fixed gains of 10 and 100 can be easily set via external pin strapping. The AD621 is fully specified as a total system, therefore, simplifying the design process. For portable or remote applications, where power dissipation, size and weight are critical, the AD621 features a very low supply current of 1.3 mA max and is packaged in a compact 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin plastic DIP or 8-pin cerdip. The AD621 also excels in applications requiring high total accuracy, such as precision data acquisition systems used in weigh scales and transducer interface circuits. Low maximum error specifications including nonlinearity of 10 ppm, gain drift of 5 ppm°/C, 50 µV offset voltage and 0.6 mV/°C offset drift ('B' grade), make possible total system performance at a lower cost than has been previously achieved with discrete designs or with other monolithic instrumentation amplifiers. When operating from high source impedances, as in ECG and blood pressure monitors, the AD621 features the ideal combination of low noise and low input bias currents. Voltage noise is specified as 9 nV/(root) Hz at 1 kHz and 0.28 µV p-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. Input current noise is also extremely low at 0.1 pA/Hz. The AD621 outperforms FET input devices with an input bias current specification of 1.5 nA max over the full industrial temperature range.

The AD600/AD602 dual channel, low noise, variable gain amplifiers are optimized for use in ultrasound imaging systems, but are applicable to any application requiring precise gain, low noise and distortion, and wide bandwidth. Each independent channel provides a gain of 0 dB to +40 dB in the AD600 and -10 dB to +30 dB in the AD602. The lower gain of the AD602 results in an improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the output. However, both products have the same 1.4 nV/√Hz input noise spectral density. The decibel gain is directly proportional to the control voltage, accurately calibrated, and supply and temperature-stable.To achieve the difficult performance objectives, a proprietary circuit form, the X-AMP®, was developed. Each channel of the X-AMP comprises a variable attenuator of 0 dB to -42.14 dB followed by a high speed fixed gain amplifier. In this way, the amplifier never has to cope with large inputs, and can benefit from the use of negative feedback to precisely define the gain and dynamics. The attenuator is realized as a 7-stage R-2R ladder network having an input resistance of 100 W, laser trimmed to ±2%. The attenuation between tap points is 6.02 dB; the gain-control circuit provides continuous interpolation between these taps. The resulting control function is linear in dB.The gain-control interfaces are fully differential, providing an input resistance of ~15 M W and a scale factor of 32 dB/V (that is, 31.25 mV/dB) defined by an internal voltage reference. The response time of this interface is less than 1 µs. Each channel also has an independent gating facility that optionally blocks signal transmission and sets the dc output level to within a few millivolts of the output ground. The gating control input is TTL- and CMOS-compatible.The maximum gain of the AD600 is 41.07 dB, and the maximum gain of the AD602 is 31.07 dB; the -3 dB bandwidth of both models is nominally 35 MHz, essentially independent of the gain. The SNR for a 1 V rms output and a 1 MHz noise bandwidth is typically 76 dB for the AD600 and 86 dB for the AD602. The amplitude response is flat within ±0.5 dB from 100 kHz to 10 MHz; over this frequency range, the group delay varies by less than ±2 ns at all gain settings. Each amplifier channel can drive 100 W load impedances with low distortion. For example, the peak specified output is ±2.5 V minimum into a 500 W load, or ±1 V into a 100 W load. For a 200 W load in shunt with 5 pF, the total harmonic distortion for a ±1 V sinusoidal output at 10 MHz is typically -60 dBc.The AD600J/AD602J are specified for operation from 0°C to 70°C and are available in 16-lead PDIP (N) and 16-lead SOIC packages. The AD600A/AD602A are specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C and are available in 16-lead CERDIP (Q) and 16-lead SOIC packages. The AD600S/AD602S are specified for operation from -55°C to +125°C, are available in a 16-lead CERDIP (Q) package, and are MIL-STD-883 compliant. The AD600S/AD602S are also available under DESC SMD 5962-94572.AD600 - Gain Range: 0 dB to 40 dBAD602 - Gain Range: -10 dB to + 30 dB
